I read about multiple ways people are getting their BL unlocking codes. In your opinion what is the best and trusted way to go about this?

Funky huawei in some minutes after pay with PayPal you has unlock code email, Other Funky services like root are too expensive

If Funky Huawei is still selling the unlock code for $20 I would jump on it. I got my unlock code within a minute of making the payment.

People have gotten their codes, but dunno if it works or not yet. I just submitted my IMEI. Let's hope it works!
Thanks for this but I am just paranoid. What and how much damage can someone do if they had bad intentions and had our IMEI?

They can't do **** with your imei other than temporarily spoofing it.

it seems that AT&T has to give your unlock code for free after 90days (with some exceptions). there's even a way to request it from your login on their website.

The only reason we don't give it generally after 90 days is because there is a past due balance for the most part.

In my case, i paid full price up front for my LGOG on launch day. Called AT&T customer service a few days later, said i wanted the subsidiary lock code. CS opened a case with AT&T National Unlock Team. Faxed them my name, mobile number and case number. Had my unlock code 48 hours later, at no cost. Using my OG on T-mobile 4g at the moment and getting10-12mb down, 1.5-2.5mb up, plus better battery life to boot!
I used this site before on a 9700 that I used to have. Personally, I trust it.
Free code worked on my Telus unit ...
I just thought I'd let everyone know that I submitted my request a couple of days ago, and today got the unlock codes.
It worked perfectly on my Telus unit ... and, yes, it was FREE.

It wouldn't hurt to ask, but it seems like this way is easier and quicker.
How much did you get it for on ebay?

Just put in a request as well, thank you.
I noticed the OP hasn't gotten any thanks for this yet, if it worked for you I'm sure he would appreciate it.
Just saying.
Odd, I just put in a request to this site, and a few minutes later got and email from them simply saying, "Please stop trying to bypass our security."
I have no idea what this means. I wasn't trying to bypass anything, nor would I even know how. I responded to their email, and will keep you all updated if I hear back from them.

$550. But I went from spending over $100/mo on AT&T to $45/mo on StraightTalk, so I'll recoup the cost in 8 months. That's how I sold it to my wife anyway.

Update: I just got my code, it only took them 2 days. It worked like a charm! Well, the OG said it unlocked successfully, I haven't tested it yet. I have my work phone with me from T-mobile. I guess I'll give that a shot.

So, I'm taking it that the Rezound is now EOL?
Verizon has taken the phone off of it's website, save for documentation and tutorial materials and one or two accessories.
I'm guessing this is as good a confirmation as any we most likely won't be seeing any further official updates.
It's kind of mystifying, actually, considering that the Trophy and the Rhyme are still up on sale.
Did the las global bal update ever make its way out?

So my HTC one came in today at 8am from FedEx. I preordered the first day I was allowed and choose overnight shipping. I did not get a dev version or sim unlocked. Did anyone else's come in? And do you think its okay if I activate it since its not the 19th yet?

Why would there be a problem to activate it? It will only start you're 14 day return policy.

It seems there are some fresh stocks for HTC coming up you should get your hands on them I read the news
Code:
There’s good news today if you’re hoping to get your hands on the HTC One Developer Edition. The handset was previously available to pre-order but for some days it was then listed as unavailable. However purchasers can now place a pre-order once more with additional stock due to become available from April 23.

I fastboot flashed the international one TWRP recovery and then used it to flash Chainfires SuperSU via zip.
It can all be found under the HTC One forum. Although everything is working for me, keep in mind they are seperate devices and I am not responsible for any damage caused by flashing stuff for the international variant.

Need to upload photos of your receipt and IMEI number from the box and you're good.

I found a website that is providing unlock codes for hauwei mate 20 pro. I bought it today for 31$ and within few hours i got the code.
Now i se the price was reduced to 22$. I doubt the service might be delay. But this is definitely cheaper than funkyhauwei.

I have the same question. I really don't need more storage, but it would be nice to add a second sim for work, or even just extra data.
I don't believe people still buying from scammers of funkyhuawei with so many options out there.
