My Moto bricked after a reboot. I'm trying to flash it again but I can find a room that is new like I had. I can't unlock it to put and older rom. Any help is appreciated.

And worse I can't unlock fast boot As it asks to setup in android which won't run... gahhhh...

I have updated Moto e from CM12.1 to CM13 (26 Feb) from about phone. But when I tried to install Supersu phone is not booting up and also TWRP menu also changed. Please help try to solve my issue. Please see attached image.
