I heard that Rogers in Canada was supposed to carry both the Mini and the Mini Pro. So far only the Mini has been released. Has anyone heard anything about the Mini Pro? My wife bugs me on a daily basis for this thing.
I'm waiting on news as well , just saw the Mini on the site but no news from the Pro
Hoping to get some answers =/
If you guys look closely on the 0$ smartphone thing the picture of the mini is actually a mini pro. perhaps its pointing that a mini pro is coming?

No, because of we have a different touch screen than minis, thats also why we have Multi-Touch and mini dont.

X10 mini pro does not have multi touch. It has the same digitizer as X10 mini. It only supports fake dual touch.
Question ?
Hey guys, I' m quite new around here...
What about flashing a x10 mini pro rom in x10 mini. I am actually interested in slade's GinTonik rom, but I can't post in android development yet... x10 mini pro roms are much more than the x10 mini's!!
Thanks a lot.
simply no! until you customize it to make it work on our devics!
aren't there good roms for mini pro that you want to flash mini's rom?
try miniCM7 or GingerDX, two of the best and popular rom (maybe not best but best stability). I dont know why u want to use x10 mini pro roms... They are almost the same as x10mini roms..
I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but anyway,
I have the original X10 Mini Pro. But a few months back I had to stop using it because typing on it gave me thumb strain. I think it was because of how hard the keys are.
So I'm just curious as to how the new Mini Pro's keyboard stacks up with its predecessor's. Has anyone owned both, or has tried both, and can tell me their thoughts?
Thanks.
I don't know diffenrence but I have no problems with it and I type quite some with it.
the xperia mini pro sk17a has the larger keyboard
hey all, just got my hands on an x10 mini pro (dirt cheap, 25 off a mate ) its for a xmas present for my big brother. im wondering what i should do with it. is it really worth rooting these? they are pretty nippy as they are, and i doubt my brother will use it for games, just as a phone, alarm and music player really. is it really worth rooting/modding these phones?
give me your thoughts please. thanks very much.
stephen
Go through the X10 Mini/Pro forums and read those FAQ, it's definitely NOT a bad phone IMO, I got X10 Mini, X10 Mini Pro, X8 and now Xperia Mini Pro, nearly all are great for their value, as 2nd hand phones.
hi,
as everybody knows, xperia mini has 2 major touch issue, first the crazy touch button when the phone heating, and 2nd the touchscreen loosing finger track..
and from the discussions, i heard some people who repaired their phone on SE centre, have the exact same issue occured again several months after the repair (I'm one who experienced this, have the issue again 3 months after repaired by SE center)..
i wonder if it possible to change the touchscreen/touch button of the mini with the touchscreen/touch button from mini pro/active ?? i think like that because the 3 phones have same screen size, especially the mini and mini pro...
if that possible it will solve all the xperia mini touch problem, because the xperia mini pro and active don't have such touchscreen/touch button issue...
maybe somoene already tried this?? it is possible to do this??
thanks.
