[For newbie] FRP and Phone lock / unlocked explanation

Hi people!
I know, I'm completely newbie in this.
But I'm getting in trouble and confused about it.
The question is simple:
What's means FRP lock / unlocked and Phone lock / unlocked?
And what's the difference between them?
FRP means Factory Reset Protection. If locked your phone will be protected of unauthorized factory resets. If a stranger tries to reset your phone, the phone will ask for your Google password on startup.
So if you unlock FRP you will lose that protection but this is required too unlock your bootloader (that's what you called phone locked/unlocked).
Phone locked (bootloader locked) means that you cannot make any changes too the partitions of your phone for example the recovery. So you are required to unlock your phone to install custom recoveries and ROMs like TWRP or RR etc.
Hope I could help you clear some things up.
If you're planning to sell your Android phone, make sure to remove your Google account from it first or else the next owner wouldn't be able to use it.

actory Reset Protection (FRP) is a security method that was designed to make sure someone can't just wipe and factory reset your phone if you've lost it or it was stolen. Starting with Android Lollipop, FRP is "standard" in vanilla Android, and most companies making our phones have implemented it in their own models.Mar 29, 2016

My question is going to sound stupid, but now that I've got the unlock code for the bootloader, how do I unlock the FRP?
It is to this part that I am lost.

Hi,
OK so I activate the OEM to unlock the FRP.
And for unlocking the Bootloader I can use Huawei Multi Tools?
Should I delete my Google Account or Huawei before doing these manipulations?
I do not have fingerprint or pattern lock.
Thanks in advance for your answers.
This video is for the Honor 8, but the same steps are used to unlock the bootloader on the Honor 9.

I unlocked the bootloader. Done on the instructions of the website:https://emui.huawei.com/en/plugin/unlock/step. After unlocking bootloader on my phone fastboot appeared the inscription "PHONE Unlock" and "Unlock FPR". On my device sprosili settings. After that, I re-entered entered the Google account, but the phone then began to hang periodically. I went into developer mode, done a factory reset there. And decided to turn back. Went to fastboot, blocked Downloader. Phone rebooted, then on the screen appeared the inscription: "Relock PHONE" and "FPR Lock". Out of fastboot, there was a black window where it says to restore the system through recovery in the air, but when I try to do fails. Help me, please!

First you should try the HWOTA procedure without rebranding.

Huawei Y6 SCL-U31 stuck in Bootloop, tried all method but didn't work. Help needed.

My Huawei Y6 SCL U31 got stuck in bootloop. I tried to put it in recovery mode, didn't work. Tried to flash new ROM in it but the phone is OEM locked. After messing on internet for 2 days I got to know that my bootloader should be unlocked in order flash new ROM on it. I tried multiple unlocking tools but they ask for Huawei Unlock 16 Digit code and apparently Huawei has taken down the page a while ago. All I can do is to put it on fastboot mode which says FRP lock Device Lock. Please anyone tell me how to unlock the bootloader or a fix which can make my phone work again. thanks.

EMUI Brick

Hey,
Five months ago, I decided to flash the EMUI 9 beta on my Huawei Mate 10 Pro (BLA-L29)
Everything was working fine until one day the device didn't want to boot.
I decided to fix the problem by using the recovery but the phone refused to boot to recovery, So I headed to fastboot and I tried flashing EMUI 8 but it gave me the error "Command not allowed"
I then noticed FRP Lock was enabled, I was so stupid to disable OEM Unlocking.
I tried using DC Phoenix with this :tutorial: but It didn't work, I got the error "Device running incompatible security patch", "Command not allowed".
I decided to try the DLOAD method but the phone never booted to the installation process.
Model: BLA-L29
Build number: :BLA-LGRP2-OVS 9.0.0.108(log)
OEM LOCK INFO:
FB LockState: Locked
USER LockState: UNLOCKED
OEM get bootinfo:
unlocked.
I don't know how to solve this problem, Could anyone help me?

fastboot oem unlock not allowed! even after unlocking it in developer mode

Hello everyone
Recently I've hard reseted my lenovo Phab (pb1-750n) mistakenly before removing my google account and unfortunately I stocked in google FRP lock, I've searched many sites and seen many videos to bypass the FRP with no success.
Finally I found a russian forum that uploaded the Chinese version of device ROM, since the google apps are banned in China therefore updating the ROM from recovery mode succeed (I downloaded ROM and put it in the SD card, then update the ROM from recovery) and device got back alive again. (NO Google NO FRP )
but the second struggle wave slapped my face, (NO google apps NO joy ), for instance I downloaded Gapps and tried to install it by replacing stock recovery with TWRP, so in device, I turned on developer mode by tapping build number many times and turned on USB debugging and oem unlock, see, I turned on damn oem unlock!!! but in the fastboot when I run the
Code:
fastboot oem unlock-go
, the result ends in oem unlock not allowed report and
Code:
fastboot flash recovery TWRP.img
also failed due to the bootloader lock status. BTW international ROM seems to be all in Chines clouds and is not accessible for non Chines people to download them, at least I couldn't do it.
any idea what is wrong in here????? did Chines made ROM to be like that???? any chance to solve the issue???
this happens because you do not unlock the bootloader, just released to unlock

Samsung C7 SM-C7000 Factory Locked Failed Root

Hello,
I've been trying to Root my Samsung C7 SM-C7000 phone but I keep getting the error that my phone is factory locked.
Is there a way to overcome this or unlock the phone?
I have read some threads about Enabling OEM Unlock in Developer Options, unfortunately this OEM Unlock is not available in my Developer Options menu no matter how much I tried getting it available by resetting dates.. etc.
Can anyone please help?
Can anyone help regarding this matter please??

@KHAWaNAWA
If option OEM unlock isn't offered in Developer options then phone's boot-loader can't get unlocked: Live with it.
Is it confirmed that OEM unlocking cannot be turned on on my device?
It's Samsung Galaxy C7 SM-C7000
Only to have said it: To root device's Android ( Android 6.0.1 ? ) it's not a prerequisite that phone's boot-loader got unlocked before.
The software on it is Android 8.0.0
I have tried to Root it and it said Factory locked.

You probably did it the wrong way.
Well in the download mode it shows me "Installation Failure" and under it
"You need to unlock your device to install a custom OS"
"For more information how to unlock visit samsung.com/cn"
I have even tried Rooting by going through recovery mode then selecting Reboot into Boot-loader, Same error.
@KHAWaNAWA
Look inside here.
Tried that too, same error still, phone is locked.
