Navigation bar question. - Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 / 5 Plus Questions & Answers

Hello everyone!
I have a question, as i stated in the title i'm kinda having troubles modifying my navigation bar on my Redmi 5 plus.
What do i exactly want? Well i wish if i could spread my nav buttons i'm really not a big fan of this compact style of the navigation bar i prefer the classic navigation bar which is wide. I know that I can use GravityBox, but i really can't afford that right now as i have to pass the safety checks.
I've been also browsing the forums for anything that would solve my issue, but no luck.. If you could help me out guys i'd really appreciate it!

[Q] Question about transparency GS3 I9300

Hi, I have been using some of your very useful information since I got an international S3 I9300, and got to tweak the original theme a little. Thanks for that.
So I'm using go launcher X, xposed framework and some modules which gave me the transparent status bar and some new icons.
But I cannot get the transparency in notification tray, behind notifications or clock.
Does anybody know if it is possible? Is there any module for xposed framework which actually can do that?
Hope somebody can help me. Thanks in advance.
I have the GS3 (Int.) and will be modding my status bar to make it more like the android 4.4 leak (nice and transparent) or like the transparent GS4 status bar. Try this module. it's the closest I could find: forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2457265 . I will be doing this exact thing later on today. The link has the details and a video if you need help from that. Here is a video walkthrough that I will be following later on today: goo.gl/NJVFUc . Copy-paste the link into the search bar without www at the start.
I think it is what you might be looking for. Hope I helped. Press thanks if I was useful.
Hi, thanks for your answer I'm going to check that module, altought I already have the transparency working on my status bar and part of the notification tray. You ca see it at: postimg.org/image/emo5qk48x/ or postimg.org/image/7jpf3f07p/
It's just this part of the notification tray which I can't get to be transparent postimg.org/image/i0vhk77fl/
Actually I'm using xblast module and xquicksetting toggles to get those transparent parts but it can't get the transparency behind the clock or the notifications "per se"
If you have any idea about it, please let me know. Thanks again
Sorry man. Don't know about that. Nice WP BTW.

Navigation Bar - Always on and enlarge

Hi guys,
Is it possible to enlarge and always on the navigation bar in MIUI so it is more friendly for older people?
I tried to use a navigation bar app but then it is overlapping dock or other buttons.
I can't find any option to adjust display size or something like that.
Use a custom ROM would be only the last option for me but I would be fine with rooting my device.
Thank you!

That black navigation bar

I can't be the only one who is annoyed by this - many apps have the navigation bar black at the bottom and the chin looks twice as big as it is. It's bugging the hell out of me and I was wondering if anybody knew how to change this so it matches the color of the app you're in.

Click to collapse
I use Fluid N.G. to replace nav bar.. and I'm quite satisfy with that, while waiting EMUI 9 come out to P20 lite.. the app is available in playstore
Yes, Fluid N.G. is a very good app, I like it.
just go to settings, system, system navigation, there you can hide na navigation bar

Gestures navigation question

Hi, since android 9 pie update, I have a question. Is there any "fix" for it? When I have gesture, it shows like this on homepage

but I want to make it like this, when i have the navigation bar

to show the names of the apps under the icons. Is there any possibility?

Google Pixel Pie Navigation Pill

Hey, I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and I'm wondering if there is any way to get on my phone? Would love to try it out.
Cheers and thanks for any replies!
Hello. The closest thing that comes to my mind is the navigation gestures app. You need ADB in order to use it.

You can customize the bar to be a pill, a full bar, or make it transparent. It works like a charm.
