You download the MI unlock tool there will be a tab with install USB drivers.

Because it's RN114G which is not really a Redmi note 11, but more like a Redmi 10.
Which is the real RN11 is it the 5g pro

I think you will be out of luck, the edl files was more or less non existing for Zenfone 8 and 9 will most likely be the same.
You need to send it to asus service to unbrick it
