Hi Guys,
I bought my XPS from a local shop here in Canada about 2 months ago. Now there is a issue with the microphone (during calls, ppl can't hear me). The phone originated from Hong Kong. Sony Canada have said that Canada does not have the XPS yet so they can't work on it therefore I contacted Sony from Hong Kong but was told that since it was shipped from Hong Kong and sold in Canada, they will not warranty it. It there anything else I can do? or am I screwed? Thanks!
Hey guys,
As of today I'm the happy owner of a opx with a cracked back glass. Any alternatives of buying instead of shopping from AliExpress? I live in Europe, Romania and i need to wait like 1.5 months for a package to arrive.

With official support, it should be send to Poland for repair then came back in less than 2 weeks.
It wasn't bought from oneplus but from a retail e market and I already voided the warranty. So I just need to buy the back.
Hi all,
So I recently purchased the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X from Gearbest (the 32gb/3gb International Version), only to receive it today and find out that the device goes into a boot loop whenever I try to turn it on! This is quite frustrating, considering it's my first Xiaomi phone and I had purchased it in anticipation of my contract expiring, so I'm left with my Moto G4 Plus which is on its last legs. If anyone has any tips for solving this, it would be appreciated. I'm going to try and get a refund from Gearbest but their support isn't always that great. If it helps, I live in Australia.
Cheers.

Have you tried pressing buttons volumen up + On/Off (power) , same time, for a few seconds after reboot, then when into recovery try to "wipe cache" / "wipe reset"?
But, probably, you have to make use of the warranty
Hy everyone! Saddly, last week i've smashed my redmi note 9s display and several days later i've bought the same model from the same online shop. I really need your opinion in one particular matter.
The first phone CURTANA had a tianma panel and the phone update itself till version 11.0.11.0 global. The last phone that i am using right now has huaxing display and has updated just once from 11.0.3.0 to 11.0.4.0 and includes the july security patch. Every day i change the region(India,Hong Kong, Indonesia, etc) and i check to another update but still nothing. Do you know where is the problem or if you guys are in the same situation? I checked with CPU-Z and device name is CURTANA also.
Bought my daughter the handset over a year ago from Ali Express I believe. But the update bricked it and now sitting with a broken handset. Anyone know what to do with it? I'm guessing the warranty is gone, and the UK Xiaomi group won't help because it wasn't bought from them. Cheers.
