[Q] Memory leak or am I missing something?

Hey guys, I just have a quick question regarding the memory of the tablet.
I have a 32GB model, but the thing is that in the Settings -> Memory, the Internal Memory (which is the on-board one, not the.SD card) is showing as "Available: 19,68 GB".
But how come that there is only 19 GB available when it's the 32GB model? Where are the other 12GB?
Not all 32 GB are user accessible. Some is reserved for the OS, and some is partitioned solely for apps (I think its something like 8 GB for the OS and 4GB for apps).
On the 16 GB version, only abour 4 GB is available as user accessible storage. So the 12 GB that are "missing" are right on (same as my 16 GB version).
EDIT: Didn't quite get the numbers right (didn't have my Flyer with me when I typed the above response).
16 GB Flyer: roughly 4 GB for OS, 4 GB for apps, leaving about 8 GB for user-accessible storage
32 GB Flyer: roughly 4 GB for OS, 8 GB for apps leaving about 20 GB for user-accessible storage

No system space for apps even I have free space.

I can't install a large app . In storage settings says :
INTERNAL STORAGE :
Total 8gb
Firmware Rom 2gb( 0 free),
System Rom 1gb (free 0.4 gb),
User Rom 1,97GB(free 230 MB,
Apps are here ) ,
User virtual SD card 2,85(free 1.65 gb)
USER VIRTUAL SD CARD:
Available 1.65 Gb,
Apps 1.3 gb, etc.
EXTERNAL SD CARD:
Total 8gb, available 1,24 Gb
Apps 1,03gb etc.
I have default save location on SD, I have restarted play store, apps are installed on user Rom. When I delete a large app user Rom has more space. I have 1 Gb free on internal and external memory. How to use this memory for default save location and not user Rom (it is only 2 gb), Or how to extend partitions? System is lagging and a notification says I have not free space

Seriously low space under 9‰ apps my fail to install even I have free space.

System Drive very Low Memory

Hi Guys!
Im just asking for system space on internal memory.
Im on MIUI 8 Global Beta and locked BL, my Phone is Snapdragon version with 16/2GB memory. There is only 11,8GB space showing on system drive with around 4GB available of this space.
Shouldnt it be showing 16GB space on system?! Or is Android System taking around 4 to 5 GB for itself??
Bye,
Andreas
There will be some difference in storage size available due to the difference in the way manufacturers calculate storage size. Manufacturers usually use 1GB = 1000MB, but it is actually 1GB = 1024MB.
Also, the android system will take up quite some space. I use a 32/3 GB kenzo myself, and android system shows as 7 GB.
If you require more space, you can try clearing the cache from settings.
