Hi! I Just bought the Honor 8x and I'm having huge problem with the Mobizen mirroring app. The app shows the image as it should, but I'm not able to control the phone via PC mouse, like I've been doing for several years and phones. What's wrong? Isn't the app not supported after all?
The things I've tried:
- Installed and reinstalled the app+software
- Enabled Developer options
- Enabled USB-debugging
- Disabled OEM unlock.

Hi guys! Ive been tinkering with the phone for almost a week now. Ive also updated it to the latest firmware but i cant seem to find the deature like dual audio.I have tried connecting one bluetooth speaker (JBL CHARGE) and one bluetooth earphone (X3s) together but music comes out on one device. I know that mate20 pro comes with bluetooth 5.0. Any help?
Thank you
I was investigating for the same feature and I was confident a parallel support of multiple Bluetooth devices was on for the mate 20 pro, as there is an option in the developer settings to define the maximum amount of connected Bluetooth audio devices. But it looks they cannot run in parallel.
I think they do have the option to connect up to three devices - in the developer mode, and after reset, they do connect to up to 3 devices. However, this is different from Dual Audio feature. I think Huawei Mate 20 Pro do not support it, at least at current version.
I know this is an old thread but
Is there any app or mod or other rom or ANYTHING to make dual audio work with Mate 20 Pro? I can connect to multiple speakers with no problem but the software won't allow me to put out audio through multiple devices at once and it drives me crazy since I can't find any solution at all to the problem.
Hello! The DJI Go Drone App can't connect the RC remote via USB, the App does Not See the remote. I tried some settings in Dev Options but the remote won't be recognized by the App. Already tried to Change to MTP Mode. But the device charges only. I think it must be a Software or Kernel Problem
Any idea what to do ?
Anyone?
I have the same problem. but I tested on another Pocophone and it worked. Did you solve the problem? My drone is Mavic 2 Pro
Two Poco F1 plus Mavic Air. No such issues... Check your communication cable
Anyone noticed that Mi Pad 4 64+4 Wifi could not recognize any MIDI device?
I have already tested the device in both MIUI and Stock Android, adjusted developer mode USB connection settings, still cannot work.
I tried on a Google Pixel and it worked flawlessly, I saw two posts in official MIUI forum reporting the same problem too, so I guess this is a hardware problem? Maybe XiaoMi has to do some update patches to enable the function?
APP: Cross DJ Pro / Unipad
MIDI hardware: Serato DDJ SB, Launchpad.
If anyone has any knowledge to help, I am much appreciated.
I just received mine yesterday, and met the same problem, can't recognise elec piano and fhis was the main purpose I bought t it for... Will ring the customer service later today see what happen. (Btw, xiaomi Mix 2s works fine with MIDI, DID NOT EVEN CHANGE THE CONNECTION MODE)
Same issue here. I have Caustic 3 and FL Studio Mobile. Both work fine with my Pixel 3, and my old tablet (Galaxy Tab 4) but the Mi Pad 4 doesn't seem to recognize the midi devices being plugged in (other devices ask for permissions when it is plugged in but the Mi Pad 4 never asks). There is a developer option as to what to default the USB connections to. I changed that to MIDI but that still didn't make the midi devices show up in Caustic or FL Studio Mobile. If anyone knows if there is a fix for this, it would be greatly appreciated.
I had same problem. It was fixed by using proper USB C OTG cable. Micro USB OTG with some kind od additional micro -> USB C adapter (probably charging only) did not work.
Hi,
Since I've switched from my Samsung S7 edge (Android 8.0) to Pocophone F1 (Global Stable 10.3.4.0), I experience issues with screen distortion on my van's display.
On rare occasions it works flawlessly for minutes, in most cases either directly or after a few seconds I have a "pixelated" screen, i.e. the screen doesn't refresh properly.
The bottom row of icons is mostly not visible either.
I've already tried a number of combinations of the following options, all without success:
- AA in developer mode, restrict to 480p, allow up to 720p, allow up to 1080p
- Developer mode on phone: enable USB debugging
- Developer mode on phone: force GPU rendering
- Developer mode on phone: Disable HW overlays
Van / Car is an opel Vivaro (or Vauxhall Vivaro) from end of 2017, with Navi80 built-in media & satnav. Comparable to a Renault Trafic with Rlink
I tried multiple cables as well, all relatively short (less than 1m), some USB2.0 others USB3.x.
Anyone got an idea on how to solve this issue?
Hm, am I the only one with issue? Can hardly believe that...
Bumping the thread

Not really it seems.
In the meantime a google play services update has been rolled out that fixes the issue except when using Waze.
This is still being investigated, both at Waze and AA side.
I found that on my pocophone F1, enabling "Force GPU Rendering" in developer options, eliminates the pixelation in Waze in AA, but I only drove for short distances (max 30min drive). At the end of the week I hope to have more clarity on that.
I have recently purchased an Oppo Reno2 Z. One issue that I am having is with connecting phone Android Auto on my Sony AX-5000 car stereo. Android Auto was working on this car stereo with my previous phone (a Nokia 7 plus) without any issues, so I am confident the problem is with the Oppo phone and not the stereo or usb cables I have used. I also have found the odd post from other Oppo users with the same issue.
When connecting the Oppo Reno2 Z (running ColorOS 6.1) to the stereo, Android Auto does not start up and instead I get the message 'USB device not supported'. I am able to get Android Auto to work by initiating Developer Options on the Oppo and then changing 'Select USB Configuration' from 'Charging' to 'MTP (Media Transfer Protocol)', however this only works for that one time and next time I try to use Android Auto again I am forced to go through the above steps once again. It does not appear that it is possible to permanently change USB Configuration to MTP (Media Transfer Protocol).
Does anyone know of a permanent solution to this issue? I'm hoping that it may be fixed in ColorOS 7, however that is not yet available in Australia for this phone.
Many thanks in advance.
