if it still switches on try to read its contents via cable
if dead you need some specialists in data recovery work on it - not your corner shop
SONY will send you a new or refurbished one and charge according to their price list - all data gone

Flashed with original 3 Parts Firmware(Boot,PDA,Modem,CSC),Factory Reset/Wipe Date,but not help!
Device received with brocken IMEI,after flash with CyanogenMod for i9300,I have successfull repair IMEI and Device work now and have Network and can Call.

But the rom test mode and not work SIM card.

send your phone to sony, because that is hardware isssue, i faced with that last week and sony service changed this camera for me
My warranty expired december 2017 but my Phone has flashing & ubl. Can still be warranted?
