Did you try registering for that forum and/or simply ask them?
In general to view download links on a forum you may need to create an account and post at least once (or more depending on the forum configuration).
Using Google translate seemed to indicate you needed to just post on the site to view the link. Granted Google translate wasn't doing the best job on the site, the word "flashing" ended up displayed as "brushing" (I mean we don't go around brushing firmware to the phone)

Does this need any type of gapps, or just flash ROM only?
I just read in the G3 forum that this does not need gapps and the ROM is based off the stock G3 ROM

Nvm, found and installed Gapps. One thing I believe would add some quality of life (unless it's already there and I haven't found it yet) is the screenshot functionality upon pressing the power button.

It's because timOS is for more devices than just our bacons. But the other mobile devices don't have some OPO-Special-Features like On-screen gestures or voice wakeup. These things will be discussed here.

Yeah, i tried it and my phone went to bootloop. Hopefully i was able to enter TWRP.

I have been using it since yesterday works but google services are FCs all the time. No compatible gapps yet...
As stated on MIUI forum it's for MIUI testers, volunteers. They gives access to this build only for approved ppl. Simple rule - broken. Firstly you spam about some flashable firmwares in CM thread, now this. It seems you can't follow rules at all. Never seen sth like this on xda.

Its mostly same . you can't even tell a difference . also it feels little bit smoother than android 6 . and there are bugs like force close apps . but its common in alpha build .

Only Google Pixels and Custum ROMs have 7.1.

In case the answer is that is not possible to do that i have started to read all the info needed to fix this(up to what i read till now it seems that is needed to go back to unrooted stock, make all the OTAs and when there is no issue go to a custom rom)
