I did reinstall clash royale which works fine now but my ds emulator just keeps restarting whenever i want to play? And i reflashed with no success

You did not mention the SW release , try this
A wile ago there were problems with App 'Android System Web View', try to update the App manually, maybe it helps.

ive installed almost all roms for galaxy 5 but none of them got camera working,is it me or everybody has this problem?

I don't know what is the cause of the problem, but try to install any of these roms (http://goo.im/devs/psyke83/roms/galaxy5), post the results, and post a logcat too.

Did you tried to change the resolution of your phone? I've read that it could be incompatible doing this thing...

Yes. Its totally fine now. It was because (i believe) i use 132 version due to new update arrived me 5 minutes ago. Now I'm running 133 and its updating. C185 latest available 133. Its far behind than others i hate that.
Just had this problem on my rooted Mate 10 with help of Magisk. I tried hiding root from Google play but it didn't help. Then I cleared cache for playstore and it has changed its mind. Now Instagram has been installed.

I have one time the pulse for 4-5 seconds ,but after i don't have more pulse if i don't see the notification

I'm on the latest MIUI 12 rom with with Android 10. Are you on BETA Android 11? Maybe that's the problem with my device?
I still have the same problem with this other apk file.
