I update my pro 20 with hisuite and from since this update I stop get a Ota update is there a why to fix it so I can get again ota update
What version are you currently on? I'm on .210 in UK on EE and I know there are newer updates available, but not for me yet!
I don't think is anything to be worried about however. It's almost certainly because the update isn't available for your model in your country+carrier yet.
HiSuite can be a few days ahead of OTA normally, so if HiSuite is detecting an update, and you're worried about your OTA not working, I would leave it a few days first to check..... OTA will eventually pick it up.

I got the lya _l29 here in UK and I updated periodically via dload and pc hisuite .now I got the last one I think witch is 276 . I think 263 it was the best in therm of sound

Hi, my firmware version is .314. But even it is 314 I got a notification about new update is available. And the firmware version of update is the same .314
Is it normal that new update has the same version number as my installed firmware?
I'had got this notification about 1 month ago, too. And when I updated there wasn't a visible change.
When I got these notifications my device was rooted. Can rooting be related with these notifications?
I added a photo, and the update is just 3mb.

its probably a small fix, i doubt rooting will cause any affect exept stopping updates from properly working but even then it wouldent make this happen
it may also be a firmware bug, best thing to do for now is ignore it if it shows up again

I am a little concerned what this update does because the device is now 2 years old and ATT wants to upgrade and sign a new contract so this update may harm the device...idk maybe I am just paranoid.
Has anyone else received an update over the past few days??? Or know anything about this update

All updated are from HTC, not AT&T. There is an update to your OS 2.15.502.2 instead of 2.15.502.1 which addresses issues with the heartbleed bug. I recommend downloading the update. Unless you have a custom recovery installed it should work fine.

Unfortunately for us C605 is typically last region that get updates. C432 and c636 regions are first ones. We will get updates eventually but who knows when. I suspect by the end of March 2020....

just when I thought this phone couldn't get any more annoying, it was the most difficult phone i've ever had to root.
And then basic things like Android auto didn't work at all.
Now, to take the biscuit, after updating to UI 3.0 i've lost VoWiFi, makes it utterly useless for me now.
I take it i'll have to wait until my phone network enables it?
Propably you must wait for new update.
And 5g doesn't work either, on either sim.
This update is seriously bad

This is the official UI 3 ota from RealMe. Can't believe its such basic things not working properly
Try resetting your settings/phone, it may resolve issue, for me VoWiFi is working. However Android Auto is still an issue with earlier as well as current update. OTG disconnects after 10 minutes.

Hi dear! Do you have CN version? right?
I have Cn version and after updated to "C10" Th phone lost VoWiFi and VoLTE in Settings! I can't testing 5G, bz don't have this standard in the city.
I swapped to global version rom. Then UI 3 Android 12 update was near enough forced onto my phone. But everything works fine on the global ROM.
