I am using realme 1 but right now I'm facing problem in setting- additional setting- storage storage for clock is showing 13 gb. Two days before I have done hard reset. please help

Hello friends,
Today I checked for software update and found that JB is available for me but getting error while updating. Here what I am getting
""Unable to download software update (494.27 MB). Not enough space in device storage or SD card. Delete some items."
Even the storage capacity is 2 Gb
Please help.

Your internal sdcard must be full. delete a few apps etc. and you should be fine :good:

OK got to update its running now.

Problem: No clue, but playing with settings earlier today (after the previous post) I reset the phone and after that when I checked the Settings >> About >> Software Update it started downloading.

I am using Moto E from last 6 months & it was working fine. But yesterday I tried to move some space & for that purpose I go to setting>Apps option, but found "move to SD Card" button inactive mode, I don't know how, Earlier it was working fine. Even I look into the SD card applicatoins which I have moved previously have inactive button of "Move to Phone". I think this is the second major problem after phone update.
Even I am looking for the solution of first issue which is phone automatic reboot., which I am facing from last 1.5 months. I thought both problem arises after new software update.
Is there anyone who are facing same type of issue??
Please provide solution for the above mentioned issue if you have. Thanks in advance!!
Have you enabled Developer options and changed runtime to ART ? If yes, change it to Dalvik only then a2sd will be back
I purchased my Micromax A116 a year and a half ago. Lately I've been getting an error message as "Internal memory full please uninstall applications". I've tried to reset it many times but it hasn't stopped. Even when my 75% applications are on my External memory card this error doesn't seem to be stopping. Please give some advice,

I have a MLAIS M9 (MTK6592) smartphone with Android OS 4.4.2 (before)
and i can with success a port of MIUI V6 (5.7.2) to my chipset.
I installed the miui here and now I have problem with storage mount points:
MIUI 5.7.2:
1- The SD Card only shows with LOST.dir folder
2- The space in SD Card are small and the "Phone Storage" is shared space with SDCard (My SDCard have 8GB and Phone storage have 8GB too, but in PC the device shows 5MB in SDCard and shows 15,8 GB in "Phone storage"
MIUI 5.5.1:
1- In MIUI 5.5.1 the problem with external space isn't exist, but the SDCard is known by "Phone Storage" and the phone storage is known by "SD Card" and i want solve this problem too.
i am trying solve this problem with .rc and fstab files but after restart the device the old settings is set back!

I have a Nokia 7 (China variant) on android 8.1 oreo.
64Gb of inbuilt storage & 4gb of RAM.
NO SD card.
I continually have an issue with my android phone whereby every time i restart my phone, the app defaults and preferences will reset.
This is majorly annoying. I have to pick app preferences each time over.
I used to have this problem years ago on a HTC device but it was resolved by moving my apps from SD to local storage.
The problem is that i don't currently use an SD card. I use my device's inbuilt storage but the same issue occurs.
Any ideas what the cause of this is ?
Any solutions ?
