Sorry no spoon feeding. All the information and downloads are easy enough to find with a search. Not to be rude but if you can't look for links maybe you shouldn't be doing this. What happens when you mess up something bad? You start one of those emergency help me threads?
Somethings a person has to do it themself or not at all. Read, read, read, and read some more then all the answers you need will magically be inside your head. Learning is the greatest thing a person can do. Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime.

Hi Everyone,
I just got my new Touch Pro today here in Taiwan. It's all in Chinese and want to change the rom to English. I will be using RUU_Raphael_hTC_Asia_WWE_1.90.707.1_Radio_Signed_Raphael_52.33.25.17_1.02.25.19. I am a native English speaker and cannot read Chinese. I read thru many threads, but unsure what is the proper procedure. Can some help me on how to properly convert. I want to prevent bricking my new phone.. Lol.. Thanks Again !!!

Yes.. I would feel the same way... I am excited to upgrade from my S710. I really tried reading all the different thread but it's coming confusing since it's seems not all threads about rom dumping is alike.. I don't get mad since I'm asking for help. That would be silly.

Thats is correct. Some of us are very sensitive if there is 'HELP' word here. Maybe feel like we are helpful here . There are many guides that can be found through Google. There is no one guide that will tell you exactly how to do it, you must learn by reading through multiple guides, and trying things out. That is as much as I will say here.

Well @GanjaMan420 both have same bugs, that is present in all noughat roms, camera, flash light etc. I personally prefer RR Over nitrogen due to solid customizations..
And also excuse devs above as they have extra time for questions in question and answer forum which they don't wanna give answers to.
For future, please open rom thread u wanna know about just thread search "bug" u will get all post of bugs people facing in rom.

Who made it? We really need more information mate, like your device name. And if this rom has a thread, post the issue there instead. Also, if you want help on such things, always provide as much information as possible, especially if you want people to help you from their free time (logs would be quite useful as well)

It's not that simple. You'll need to learn a lot about coding in order to be anywhere close to doing it. It's not copy pasting stuff here and there or installing from a backup.

Since you're a noob, I can't think of anything easier than this for you
Go through the ports which are already available (like Mi A2) (must be xiaomi)
See what files the dev used to get the camera working on non-miui roms
To give you rough idea there will be xiaomi framework , some xmls, libs etc.
Try replicating those exact files from your stock firmware and create a flashable zip or directly paste em into root
Also try contacting the dev of that camera and see if he agrees to help you out !
Ask him if you face any trouble throughout.
Ignore people who are discouraging,
