thanks for reply and for information i think my cellphone is dead i cant hard reset it either it say E : FAILED TO MOUNT / CACHE ( NO SUCH FILE CR DIRECTORY)

Hi,
So Im New to this whole Flashing and stuff with android, I only flashed a Rom Once, So... But, Thats not my issue.
My issue is, My Uncle gave me his Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, He said he forgot his Password to Unlock it, I said Okay, well I should be able to just format it through Stock android recovery to help you, So I did, I wiped the phone... It went pretty smoothly, Until, I connected to WiFi, And it done its Checking for updates and stuff, then It came up with Google's Factory reset protection, I never heard of it nor knew what to do, I called my Uncle, and he said he didnt even know what a google account was, So I was saying to myself "Im Screwed" So, I went back and Googled how to bypass it with no Success. I have been Reflashing Partitions with Odin, And Nothing Working, What do i do?

I actually Found this website called UnlockJunky, paid about $50 CAD and they unlocked it in like 10 mins...
I want to root my phone but I want a custom recovery because I don't want to risk it but I can't find any custom recovery for the Zenfone V Live (v500kl) please help.

Thanks for the help
In this case i dont know how to fix sw recovery check error when im try flashing with odin and in odin it stuck on cm.bin and im tried too via smart switch and samsung kies it said the device unsupported initialization (sorry for bad english)

I have tried download in that link and the result is same
hello guys.im trying to unlock my bootloader via adb but when i run fastboot command it says waiting for device i have searched on the internet how to fix this but when i go to bootloader mode there is no device in device manager on computer.any idead?SM-J710F

wow thanks for the thread but i have tried many times flashing the twrp and i end up with the stock recovery.as the thread says if you end like this try again.i tried it plenty of times and i have found in an xda forum that there is stock recovery because the bootloader is locked :/ i have rooted in nougat but i decided that it was time to install oreo and know i dont know why it isnt working.In nougat i did it with first try :/
