Trying to get the p3 camera apk working on lineage 16 but it keeps force closing. Has anyone had any experience with getting this apk working?

I'd like to be able to use the video chat app, Fring, but it force closes whenever I try to start a video call. Regular calls work fine. I replaced the included camera with the default camera so that the front facing camera would be accessible. I'm using Neutrino 2.7 EE. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Can anyone get any app other than a camera to access the front facing camera on Neutrino?
Skype won't work either
tango worked for me, but i had to install it with the initial flash of neutrino 2.7
just open the zip and go to the system/app folder and place the tango.apk in there.
Hey guys, I just installed an app called Mobile Hidden Camera on LiquidSmooth 4.2.2 and it's not working. I try to take pictures but my phone stutters and become laggy, and the app eventually force closes. I'm confused because the app worked just fine on Touchwiz. I assume it does not play well with the AOSP camera. Any ideas or resolutions? Thanks!

Just wondering where I can find a 4.2 (or higher) camera/gallery apk with working photosphere and photo editer? Been trying for the past few hours but it's always either the camera force closes on the photosphere or the gallery force closes when I tap 'edit'!
Can anyone help me out?
I'm running CM10.1 4.2.2 on my Huawei Ascend P1 if that makes any difference!
