Do you have a custom ROM?
First, check permissions. If the timer runs out before you receive the code, an option will appear to request a phone call. Choose the Call me option to request the call. When you answer the call, an automated voice should tell you the 6-digit code. Insert that to verify WhatsApp.

I need confirmation for following bug in e10i might be present in yours too. While in message or any other place long press an unknown number in some message and click it to save in existing contact and select the contact, you will find it will not appear in that contact.

Hi,
I've replaced my rom (localized version of http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1075278) and installed a phone module with call recording.
I now found that when I try to reject a call, the list of messages is empty. When I go to call settings and try to add a message nothing happens: I click '+', get a text edit box, type my message, click 'save' and the list is still empty with no error message.
What could be the reason or how to debug this issue?
Regards

I have exact same thing with my SGS2 with Android 4.0.4 since upgrade it did nlt have these messages. Very useful tool, now gone.
Will appreciate for solution!
Does anyone found a solution? I have the same problem with Galaxy S2 and official android v4.0.4
I saw more ppl with same problem in other forums but cant find any answer, please help.
hey guys,
i've encountered a problem with the stock mail app of my note 2 and my mail provider "web.de".
When choosing tls and port 587, the phone tells me "server doesnt support tls". if i go with ssl, the phone responds with the message "couldnt establish secure connection" (rough translation of the german error message, but should be enough to understand my problem)
i already found the problem: its the way the app requests the tls/ssl information from the mail server and the server's response. (request with " "(space) and "-"(minus)) . so i want to change the request code in the app itself, but i have no idea if i actually can export the apk to my pc, decompile and edit it somehow, afterwards compile it and import it into my mobile device. is this even possible what im planning to do here? im running @Stock rom with root
thanks
Hi! if I have a contact uploaded with the entire phone number, I mean with the country code, when receiving a call it shows the number but not the contact name ... I have to edit the number ... this happens since the last update ... It will be a configuration problem?

I answered this on another thread. https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-a3/help/caller-identified-t4154563
Try opening up the permissions for contacts and phone app and make sure it has storage permission enabled
