No need to flash any vander image it includes in rom
And you can flash with any TWRP recovery

If your are coming from MIUI then NO need to flash any DFE

Are u using this rom? I want to know: these rom (from 9.6.13) have a bug: reset itseft after reboot. Can u confirm that is true or not?
