Hello,
I have problem with my watch - Amazfit Pace.
I bought this watch in China - Internacional Version.
I want install new custom ROM with Polish Translation - becouse I can't pair with my phone (Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 - every time i have pair error).
I go to install adb and fastboot (1.4.3 from our forum) and go to check serial number - I see this:

It's weird, becouse this watch is new, but have unlocked bootloader. So as You can see, my serial number is 0123456789ABCDEF. But I go root this watch and put in console adb shell getprop | grep ro.boot.serialno . Then I can see orginal serial number (the same i have on my Box (Box from watch).
Someone can help me? If I don't get true serial number in console I can't generate API-Key for this CustomeRom, becouse this custom installer go to the website and generate API-Key based on Serial Number from Watch.
What i should do now ?
Many thanks for all tips
You can try to write SN. Look the watch sn in the box and try this command: "fastboot oem writeserialno SERIAL_NUMBER_HERE"
Saving the serial number in fastboot mode does not work with Huami devices as far as I know, even with an unlocked bootloader. This "generic" SN usually is a result of a bad system or other special partition. I would try the simplest thing first: simply restore stock to your watch's model. If it doesn't work, there is a thread about restoring a null serial number, may help.

I have an "old" Huawei Ascend G730-U10 which has a terrible..... TERRIBLE stock ROM, starting from the general stability of applications and the system itself to the fact that this phone was released to be never, ever updated; so I want to install a custom ROM.
But since I'm doing it, there are over 9000 bugs and problems, and maybe the only thing that went almost right was rooting (except for the fact that I'm stuck with KingRoot since SuperSU refuses to install).
First of all, I couldn't even request the unlock code the usual way, since the code to bring up the Product ID didn't work and I had to contact Huawei directly.
After getting the code, I booted into the bootloader, did "fastboot oem unlock *code*" and... I don't even know if it worked! No message appeared and doing "fastboot oem get-bootinfo" returns "FAILED (remote: not support on security)".
After finding both a TWRP and a Clockworkmod build for this phone (the latter one is actually for G730-U00, I don't know if it would work), I tried doing "fastboot boot *path_to_recovery_image*", but that doesn't work either, as it just hangs on "downloading 'boot.img'..." without doing anything (last try I left it there for 20 minutes). I don't want to already flash the recovery directly since I want to test if it works and I don't want to brick the phone.
Can someone help me?

Hi everyone.
1 - After my xiaomi redmi 3 Note Pro was in bootloop I flashed it with MIUI Global 8.1/ Stable 8.1.1.0
2 - At the first boot, when I had to sign in to my Mi Account, the phone started saying "Checking Find device status...", without letting me even try to sign in.

}
3 - So i tried to flash the phone again but it doesn't work now: with every image version and every MiFlash version I try in MiFlash says [error:"Flash tz error"]. I've seen that this probably happens because my bootloader is still locked.
4 - So I tried to unlock it with the standard procedure with MiFlashUnlock, and after all the procedure I received the message, but when I try to unlock it says: "Couldn't verify device, current account is different from the account info on the device". So I've seen that this is because I can't login into my account in the phone (see section 2).
5 - I noticed that I'm able to access the apps and the settings of the phone even if I'm in the mi account login screen (see section 2) holding the center button and going to google now and searching for settings or app names. I tried from the settings to reset the phone but it doesn't allow me since I'm not logged, I also tried to update the phone with the update app, but it doesn't let me.
Pls help
i got the same problem, anyone can help to solve this?
For clarity, my OS is Lubuntu 17.04 (Zesty)
Due to my phone's apparent obscurity, I'm unable to find any resources pertaining to it, so I've been trying to be as 'manual' as I can by unlocking it through fastboot commands. I really want to unlock my phone's bootloader in order to root it and install a custom recovery and then custom ROM.
However, I've run into an issue. Whenever I run 'fastboot oem unlock', as well as most other fastboot commands, I get stuck at an ellipsis('...') and it stays there until I shut off my phone. Ctrl+C and Ctrl+Z can't close it. So far, I've successfully installed ADB and fastboot tools.
For troubleshooting, I have:
- double checked if my device is listed whenever I run either the 'adb devices' command or the 'fastboot devices' command and it is listed for both
- I've set up my udev rules and adb_usb.ini
- changed usb ports/cables
- rebooted my phone and PC many times
- looked for official and unofficial unlocking instructions (to no avail)
If there is anyway you can help me or guide me to a resource which may be of use to me, please do so. It's been a real struggle having such an obscure phone, but it's what I can afford at the moment.
tl;dr: 'fastboot oem unlock' not working. stuck at ellipsis('...'). device is listed under 'adb devices' and 'fastboot devices' command.
Unfortunately, I can't post outside links yet, so please PM me for a link to my dropbox folder containing my .rules, adb_usb.ini, and CPU-Z information.

Bolded for skimmers.
So I have encountered an strange "issue". I was granted unlocking privileges 4 days ago. I flashed the latest Global Developer ROM and have been hitting the "Add account and device" button in developer options since. It always says "Couldn't verify, try in a few minutes". But the strangest thing is that when I go to Mi Account<Account Security<Devices, I see this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
That number isn't mine, I'm from Spain and that number is from Thailand. The thing is that in account information, my phone number is the correct one.
Has this anything to do with me being unable to unlock the phone? How can I change this?
Many thanks in advance
Edit: I canĀ“t load the image :/
Okay, you have several options :
> Delete the MI account after unbinding it with your device & create a new one. Now add your mail & phone number to the new account.
> Visit this link https://account.xiaomi.com/pass/ser...h%2Fsecurity%2Fhome&sid=passport&sid=passport , click forgot password & enter account details , then proceed for manual verification.
> Visit the above link again , login with your details , click change phone number , now call that person & ask for OTP Lmao , enter the OTP & add your number.
Wow, so many options. I have already contacted Xiaomi's customer service, but will surely try at least your first solution.
Thanks!

[/IMG]I was loading original language on my Amazfit Pace watch using Huami Amazfit_Tool. I think the process is going on in the command system, but I unplugged the watch from the computer and the watch no longer turns on. It does not go beyond the text A on the screen. And when I connect the clock in the program, the bottom line says -exec '/ system / bin / sh' in blue. Is there anyone who has an idea of what's going on and can say what to do?

You interrupted the process, now the device is bricked. You'll have to flash the original firmware of the watch, if there is even a way to do that on that watch.
Does it have fastboot mode? If so, try finding a system.img for your specific model number and use fastboot to flash the system.img onto the device.
