NFC works.
Don't know if it's high accuracy GPS but it works very good.
Yes, encryption also works.
So far i didn't found any bugs. It's more customizable than Pixel.

I use gcam, all lenses work. Fingerprint is the same as PE. I don't use it, i use face unlock, this is pretty fast for me.
Have you tried Mi Globe? Curious for comparison

I installed micro gapps from opengapps.
Flashing instructions:
1. Delete everything in TWRP except vendor. I'm on latest vendor 9.7.11.
2. Format data ( confirm with typing 'yes')
3. Restart recovery
4. Install Beastrom
5. Wipe cache / dalvik
6. Restart system
7. When system started turn back to recovery for installing gapps
8. In TWRP resize system partition to install micro gapps. (Under wipe --> advanced --> tick system --> use option change size or something like that. Don't know for sure which option it is.)
9. Install micro gapps, now you don't get an error because you changed the system partition size.
10. Wipe cache / dalvik
11. Restart system and configure it as you wish

You can flash xiaomi.eu rom first. Then you have the newest vendor.

It has all the normal languages which are also in PE. Only the extra 'beastrom' options are not translated. They are in English.
Until now everything works for me, i didn't found any bugs so far.

Point 8 in steps:
1. In TWRP tap wipe
2. Advanced wipe
3. In the list of partitions tick system
4. Tap repair or change file system
5. Tap resize file system

Guys I have an S3 with omega Rom v41 and ever since the custom ROM charging times are really really bad.
Apparently flashing a kernel that has fast charge support might fix that.
Is there any that I can flash to the Omega v41 ROM so I don't have to do a full re-install?

Siyah seems to be an extra option that can be installed from Omega Files but just one question:
If I change to that kernel, will I lose the ability to run the Samsung apps, such as S Memo and Allshare Play and will a full reinstall of the apps be required?

Nope, I would suggest yank kernel. You won't lose anything, just a straight forward flash, or just run the omega aroma again and select the kernel you want

If you download and install it then you will still get its aroma installer

Don't forget the boeffla sound app if you want to configure sound from the app, and choose "don't set here" in the aroma options then configure via app

One question remains, I have swapped my exFat (or whatever default file system it is when the phone formats its own card) sdcard with the internal memory and if I go to yank, will that still work?
According to the yank FAQ herE: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=37865061&postcount=4 it does not.

He does but no exfat support, only fat32 meaning I need to find time to copy over 40gb worth of stuff
Hi guys. I am using Evervolv and I love it. The only issue I'm having is when using Chrome. There's an annoying red rectangle that flashes when accessing Google.com and news.google.com around the app's border. It seems to be a strict mode debug thing, but that setting is unchecked under developer options. Any way to correct this? I guess there's a problem with the ROM.

Hi,
I have a problem with every custom ROM not based on MIUI.
After day or two first Gmail stops synchronizing, then Chrome stops working (not opening websites).
No errors, they just stopped working.
Can't seem to find a solution...
I was using Open Gapps, the right version.
I've tried 7.1.2 roms, 8 and 8.1 roms, same thing.
Does anyone have an idea what could the problem be (bootloader, vendor or something similar)?

No, lI was using magisk only to obtain root, no additional modules installed.
Why is it working for a day or two is sill mistery to me.
Will try full wipe method.

I have a Ulefone Armor 6E
The stock ROM is: GQ3071RF3_EEA_20190509_V08(EU version), Armor_6E_RF3_EEA_V01_user_20190509
I rooted the ROM with Magisk
There is a new OTA ROM update available via the smartphone (Wireless update "Armor_6E_RF3_EEA_V01_20190713-2105")
This update is not available to download via Ulefone Website (we can only install via the smartphone)
I didn't keep the "Armor_6E_RF3_EEA_V01_20190713-2105" update because Magisk didn't work with it (bluetooth, wifi and other functions didn't work)
I kept " GQ3071RF3_EEA_20190509_V08(EU version)" because bluetooth/wifi and other functionnalities worked fine, ROOT included.
BUT:
Here are my problems:
I have some Android applications which require the "Android Accessibility Service" to work properly:
- Eset Mobile Antivirus and / or Kaspersky Mobile Antivirus
- MaxLock or other Apps to lock my android Apps with a sheme
The problem is that each time I reboot my phone, the accessibility service access that i enabled for apps like Eset / MaxLock TURN OFF.
The settings are not saved on my device, i have to grant access each time i reboot the device, wich is a problem for apps like these.
(i precise that Maxlock/Kaspersky/Eset are "Admin Apps" and are still "Admin Apps" after a reboot, so these settings doesn't change)
An other Setting that change after a reboot are:
In "Security" / "Admin Apps", the service from Google "Find my device" reactivate after a reboot automaticaly (if disabled before a reboot)
Any ideas on How to save all my settings once and for all for my device Ulefone Armor 6E rooted with Magisk and with this stock ROM ??
I already tried to activate/disactivate "Battery Saver" (which could deactivate the accessibility service) and to give these apps (Maxlock...) the right to modify system settings (in "App Info" in "Settings"), it doesn't change anything, they deactivate after a reboot.
Please Help

Your phone is rooted, try putting a script in init.d to apply those settings on boot automatically.
If your phone does not support init.d, you can use apps like Kernel Adiutor to emulate init.d support.

OK Thank you but:
I'm new in root and things like that, so talking about script is a little too much for me...
I checked my device, there is a /etc/init folder, i have no /etc/init.d folder
Does that mean my device support init.d ?
If not, i'm ok to download Kernel Auditor, but what script do I have to put in it ? I'm not capable of writing one at all !

Magisk and twrp works with this Rom. But cannot still Install the no verity.zip
So as i am sure,everyone has noticed,Android 10 has arrived for the Nokia 1. So has a whole bunch of bugs,i would like to know who has discovered what bugs and if there are fixes for them. I myself have experienced the following. It takes a lot longer to boot the phone up now,the phone is slow and freezes often,i have have one system ui crash. What are your experiences?

android 10 go edition update is available for nokia 1
go to settings > system > advanced > system update
to download the update
I already got the update, I need the rom that can be flashed using SP Flash tools, anyways, the CTS profile check is done in the hardware level, so, it's almost not worth installing, yes, you can use magisk hide props config to set the evaluation type to basic but I don't know if it will work after hmd stops giving us updates........
