Which is better for a screen protector? tempered glass or film screen protector. I think the Tempered glass is more better since it would better protect the screen from scratches and excessive pressure but i don't know if it would also protect the screen from small dust and sands , since i don't use a tempered glass yet and thinking on getting one, i don't know is there is space between the screen and the Tglass for dust and sands to enter. Anyone here using a tglass protector? does it have any enter points for dust and sand to enter?
Plenty of reviews in the accessories thread, not many favorable things said about tempered glass ones though
Hi all,
can anybody, who has one of these two cases, tell me if they produce problems with tempered glass screen protectors?
I don't want to place a order and send it back again if they lift off my screen protector.
Best regards
I have a Tech21 Impact Tactical case on my Z3 and was looking for the same information.
From what I've been able to find out, the PThink tempered glass protector does not cover the entire width of the phone, so it may work.
An Amazon review said the PThink tempered glass protector worked fine with a spigen case.
I've ordered the PThink protector. I'll follow up once I've received it and installed it.
FYI, the PThink tempered glass screen protector fits great when used in conjunction with the Tech21 Impact Tactical case.
I have the Tudia ultra slim lite case on my LG G3 and really like it a lot. However, it doesn't work very well with my current Pleson tempered glass screen protector because the Tudia's edge's extend over the Pleson's edges, and it can catch on the glass and lift it up. I'm already going to need to replace the Pleson because dirt has gotten under one of its edges.
So, is anyone using a Tudia with a tempered glass screen protector that fits? If so, which one are you using?
Does it have Gorilla glass or other screen protection?
Nope. None.
Tempered glass is a good choice for this one, because the frame sticks out a bit, and the tempered glass gives it a tad of a 2.5D feel.
Also, with reports of the screen being too sensitive, tempered glass might help with that a bit.
Has anyone used a film or tempered glass protector for their camera lens? I found DevilCase makes 2 options and I was considering the tempered glass option and I didn't know how it might impact the picture quality of the camera.
