it caused Moto Actions crashes initially

- Remove denials from SEPolicy
- Fixed crash MotoActions on enforcing build (thanks by @Nowbie)
- Back to Enforcing (stable now by rssxda and montanadevelopment team)
- Others Fixes

I installed clean build and when i want to use flashlight or camera with gestures it just crashes.

For me Moto actions also not working, and camera crashes. BTW Opencamera works.
Also made clean install.
