It seems Xiaomi Mi 9T is not getting enough attention, so, this is a fast guide to "port" Redmi K20 Pro ROMs to Mi 9T.
Instructions
Download the ROM you want: https://forum.xda-developers.com/k20-pro/development
Uncompress the zip file and you'll see something like this:
Download this file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-Oo2eoeZCGayZ_AaJU903vjJfL4H_Kn4/edit
Replace boot.img, vbmeta.img and updater-script with the 3 downloaded files
Compress the files again and flash it with TWRP
NOTE
Backup your ROM, before flash the new modified one.
NOTE 1
In Settings-> about phone you'll see the device name is Redmi K20 Pro
Screenshots
Right now I'm using Evolution X
Thanks
• boot.img is from the ROM Paranoid Android, all credits go to @33bca
• vbmeta.img is from Google GSI
• @baNzera1 for his ROM Evolution X, I'm using for test and because I like.
-----
-----
Interesting, nice find. Thanks!
How is the Evolution X compared to the early builds for davinci?
Dont you think you should give proper credits for the kernel and vbmeta?
(Its using the files from the first PA beta release. I would appreciate it if you would have asked for permissions or at least let the users know what they are flashing and where its from)

You are right, I'm really sorry pal, since I've made a lot of tests and downloaded lot of files I forgot the boot.img is from your ROM PA.
--------
EDIT
Added credits/thanks to the first post.
Again, I'm sorry
what is the benifits of porting k20 pro rom? i don't get it.
edit: i get it now sorry i didn't read enough. thank you.
Great job!
I was able to boot the rom, do the first setup, but then all I can see is black screen when phone unlocked and AOD when locked.
Made a second attempt with formatting data after flashing the rom. It was better, screen worked for several minutes, then black screen again, only AOD works. Sometimes the black screen comes to a life and works after crazy tapping on it I have had enough of fun with this I think D
Will it work for Miui ROMS also like miroom and others??
So ist it actually working well ? Please share your impressions.
Does the under display FPR work when screen is off?
can you explain more? what about the kernel if i port any rom?
Closed at the OP's request.
Thanks
LTT

Hi,
Sorry, but i'm new here. Could you teach how to change splash screen like you said above? I'm already rooted and now using RR Marshmallow Rom, with helium kernel.
To tell you the truth, i had no idea on how to change / create setting in helium kernel to change splash screen. Appreciate it if you can guide me or point out a link to some guide.
Thanks.

First, Thank you for your hard work bro .
Does it work on CM13 no kernal installed (I meant does it required something installed in the kernal or it would work on the stock CM kernal )

...anyone else got the Xiaomi MiPad 4 yet? Any recoveries (twrp?) available yet?
hope this helps someone... By default my MiPad 4 came with MiUI 9 stable...
This next link might be fake. After installing, myself and some other users have noticed it's still MIUI 9 "beta" so you might as well skip this "update"...
http://gadgetstwist.com/download-mi...UI_10_Global_Beta_ROM_875_for_Xiaomi_Mi_Pad_4
**Copy file on sdcard and go to update section in MiUI and in the top right-corner click on the menu and select to update from sdcard and it will find the rom.

Will this update without Root?
It's the Xioami update rom, so yes you don't need root.
There is no special recovery (twrp) yet and you have to ask Xiaomi for permission to unlock your bootloader so root is not available yet, that i know of.
I've already asked them a few days ago. Also I installed the room and all it did was move me to a beta rom still on MIUI 9
Yeah I also installed the rom and noticed it still said "MIUI 9" and have asked for the bootloader to be unlocked... hopefully we will have a working twrp version by the time the unlock wait is over with...

But this also means, it could take quite long until an international version of the tablet appears. That's disappointing.

Does anyone know if this might also work with the Mi Pad 4 Plus?
Since it is still very clear in this category, I would like to start and share my modified stick kernel with you. It is based on the stock kernel of the RMX2075 (global version). You are welcome to test but of course everything at your own risk. I am not responsible for any damage to your device. Please only test the kernel if you know what you are doing. You can flash the kernel via the EXKM from flar or via fastboot. Before flashing, please save your original kernel so that you can flash it again if necessary. Please also consider that I don't look into this forum every day, so show a little solidarity and also help each other a little.

Cool!
I have a rmx2075, might test this, have to install TWRP first. Which firmware version is this from?
Based on "RMX2076EU_11_OTA_0420". I hope someone from the Indian and Chinese users will test it too. If necessary, the original kernel can be flashed back. Maybe it will work.

Just got the phone a couple of days ago, havent tried TWRP yet, but saw threads about it so I thought it worked. Guess I have to unlock bootloader and flash from the computer.

There are Chinese versions of TWRP, but these are not free of errors. The fingerprint sensor is no longer working correctly, the device identification changes to RMX2071 and these versions are not open sourced. I tested these versions and was far from satisfied. But feel free to test it yourself, you should still find such a version on the LineageOS website, just google it.
Can I have a look into your codes? If can, try uploading in GitHub instead.

Hello everyone this is my new themes for Ticwatch Pro TWRP recovery
Note: TWRP recovery itself it's not my work i only add themes to the recovery files
*This is complete twrp file with theme
*So you must flash it like you do when you want to install TWRP for the first time
*Please do some researsh to know how to flash TWRP if you dont know how
*Enjoy it!
Download and install:
- Download (HERE)
Just flash the file via adb
- Fastboot flash recovery (revovery file name).img
It's been 6 months and no one replied? Maybe because it's hard to find anything on TicWatch Pro. Whatever I'm looking for usually leads me right to the same TickWatch root thread. I'm not listing it because I'm sure anyone with a TicWatch knows the one I'm talking about, lol.
I'm about to try these themes and will let you know.
Edit: Awesome! I'm not sure which one i like the most but I think I'm going to flash the Xbox one. I booted both and both are as nice change to the usual TWRP. Thank You for making them. I just got my TicWatchPro 4G about a week ago, my first smart watch.

It wouldn't happen to also work for CatShark would it? I tried flashing NetHunter for CatFish but it failed. One having 4g and the other not must make them night and day when it comes to software I'm assuming.
Would you happen to know why Stock Firmware is impossible to find? I rooted my watch so fast I don't know what stock is even like, lol.
Hi,
Sorry to put a new topic. If it's not allowed, delete it please.
I have a Xiaomi Mi A3, but i'm tired of the One Ui.
I've already tried MIUI 13 but it still has a lot of bugs and i don't know where i could find the rom updates.
I used EvolutionX, but it also has some bugs and didn't even have a camera app.
I've already put on Google and Youtube, which would be the best rom, but there are a lot of suggestions for roms and i'm not sure which one to use.
I wanted a rom with updates too and i give importance to the camera, especially the front one, so it would have to be a rom with a native app or someone who could point me to a good app without leaving the quality of the photos to be desired.
Thanks to anyone who can help.

Dont use MIUI . already good ROMs are out now.. i personally prefer using Lineage Os18.1 running android 11...
You can use Syberia Os running Android 13..[must have (stock 11)] if u like customization..
Currently am on lineage Os . Superfast and no Bug , stock camera included inside..
just need to change the Kernel afterwards thats it.. i always used to use stock ROM cause i don't like any bugs ; now am permanent to lineage for its superiority.
