Guys, my Xiaomi Mi Box popped this update message, but this window is over the windows all the time and I can't click the options, not even with the mouse!
I browse everything, open Youtube and other apps, select the menus and this window stays ahead.
I've been to About / Update and it says my system is up to date.
Already restarted and updated the applications to see and nothing. Would you know how to help me?

Hello! How are You? This is your smart tv sotware update, not a Mibox update. Mine is a samsung and from time to time does that.

It's actually based on my own problem that i get when updating office suite. My x10 mini isn't rooted yet before this happen but i already updated my phone firmware to the latest version 2.1.1.A.0.6 .
When first open, Office suite asked me "to continue, you must update to newer version. A newer version is available.", so i choose "Yes/Update", downloading process begin. After a minute or more,i checked again got this message "Error!! Updating failed. Try again?". I choose try again option but still failed. Restarting phone still won't do.
The problem is Office Suite is the pre-installed apps from it's manufacturer. So how can we fix this, if we can't even remove this app?
I got this solution that is in my opinion is simple.
First you've got to do is rooting your phone. If it hasn't rooted, you may want to do it now by going here. After you get SuperOneClick and unzip the .zip file, you can start :
1. Don't connect your phone to pc yet.
2. Run the SuperOneClick.exe that you download, click "ROOT" and it'll start checking until it says "Waiting for device...".
3. Now on your phone, go to -> Settings -> Applications ->Development -> tick the "USB Debungging Mode". Click OK.
4. Then connect your phone to PC and choose "Connect Your Phone" option in phone screen.
5. Notice the SuperOneClick app will start checking again.. Let it do it's job.
6. In my case, i failed to ROOT at the first try but don't worry.
7. There'll be a pop-up window asking if your phone are using firmware 2.1 or higher (You may need to check your phone firmware first, go to Settings -> About Phone -> Build Number). Choose "Yes" if you know.
8. The procces will continue again, now wait till it succes. It'll ask you to send message ....to you phone, choose "OK".
9. Now, you are succes on rooting your phone.
10. After that, untick the "USB Debugging Mode".
The second step is
1. getting "Titanium Backup Pro", i would suggest. It doesn't matter which version you use.
2. Copy the file to your phone, go to -> Application -> find the file .apk file and run the installation. After finished, you can choose "Open".
3. It'll ask if you have SuperUserRights, click "Yes".
4. It'll ask again to go into "USB Debugging Mode". You can now tick again this option.
5. After that go to 'Backup/Restore" tab, there'll be a list of pre-installed apps. Scroll down till you find "Office Suite x.x.xx" and below it "Office Suite Update Service x.x.xx". (x.x.xx was the version of Office Suite)
6. Click & choose "Backup!" the two of it. You don't want something worse happen.
7. Now, you can choose "Wipe data" for that two apps.
8. You can get out and check yourself the previous "Office Suite" that is asking updates.
If you find this error problem again when updating "Office Suite", just go to "Titanium Back" and wipe data again..
Done!!!
You can update your office suite again, just make sure you have a stable internet connection or else it'll get an error again. After 4times trying, finally i succeed in updating office suite.
please delete the link to titanium back up pro
it is a paid app you can't post paid apps here for free
it is against the rules

Re: Pre-installed 'Office Suite' will not open / update.
Check if you can clear data fro Office Suite and then try again.
Menu> Settings> Applications> Manage Applications> Click on the first hardware button (the one with four squares)> Filter> All> Office Suite> Clear data.
Click to collapse
SE X10mini: in 'Manage Applications', left button, Filter, All Applications > Office Suite Update > Clear data.
Hi
I updated the Lumia 920 OTA to firmware 1308 but as many websites say, I don't see any storage option. I also hard reset the Phone but no luck.
Anybody in the same boat?
Thanks
Re: Storage tools
The Storage Tools option is unlocked by the new firmware, but you must make sure all of the Nokia system app updates have been installed.
What storage tools option? Where would I find it?

To be honest, I don't know how to trigger it, but it took about a day and two reboots after updating to get all of the nokia app updates to appear. I did a manual update from NS last week, which reverted all of my nokia apps back to default, so got one round of initial updates to network + and nokia account, upgrade to Here apps, ect. .. but then during the week I got a notification to update another 4 or 5 nokia apps, I wasn't paying attention to them, but afterwards I noticed that I had the new storage view.
Not sure if the reboot triggered the market place to search for new apps or not. But it's an app update, not part of the firmware push.
Get the latest update and install all the Nokia apps updates. It will appear in the settings menu, near the bottom.
My phone is a LG L3x (LG E425g) with Android 4.1 JellyBean. I hard reset the phone using the Settings menu but now when I'm setting it up it asks me for a Google account and here starts my problem.
If I said "Later" it ask me "Do you want to add an existing account or create a new one?" (even when I said "later") So I choose "Existing" and I have to log in with my account and it seems it works but then ask me again for the account, but now when I sign in (again) it say "There is already a [email protected] account on this Android device".
No matter what I do, it still appearing the same message. If I try to create a new account I put my name and last name and when I click continue message appears "Unfortunately, Google Account Manager has stopped". I hard reset the phone again but when I get this point the same error occurs. The problem is that I can't do literally nothing with my phone, NOTHING. I can't go to settings, I can't open any app, I can't open notification bar, nothing.
I've already reset the phone again. I create a new Google account on my PC and try to log in but it's the same. Please, don't tell me "Go to Settings..." or something because I can't.
Please help me

That sucks... I would try the hard reset via the built in recovery, which seems like it is only accessible via adb commands, oddly enough. If that doesn't work, then re-flashing the stock firmware might be next.
Finally
Finally I solved my problem =D
I suspected it was a software problem so I installed LG PC Suite and I downloaded the update for my phone (via USB), even when it was asking me for a Google Account.
After the update was completed, the phone restarted and it asked me for a Google Account again, so I put my info for the umpteenth time and finally it worked!!! Now the setting up process is completed and I'm able to access to the Play Store, Settings and other things.
I'll leave this information here in case anyone have the same problem in the future.
Thanks es0tericcha0s for your interest

Have you tried going into Settings on the watch, scroll to the bottom and select About, then scroll downand select System updates? What version of Android Wear is running on your phone?

I believe your watch needs to be placed on the charger to initiate the update, but you can use the 'Settings', 'About', 'Updates', as mentioned above, while the watch is connected to an Android device, to show whether an update is available.
Hi everyone,
I have a rooted Doogee X3 running on Android 6.0 and I have an issue with the Google Play Services which are constantly crashing. I know I am not the only one, as I read a lot of posts on the topic, but I haven't still succeeded to fix the issue. What worked at the beginning was : 1. Stop the app, 2. empty cache, 3. disable the app -> factory reset for the app, 4. reboot phone, 5. enable the app, 6. reboot phone, 7. update the app, 8. reboot phone. The first time the issue appeared was after an update from Google beginning of November (the 2nd, if I recall correctly). With this, I didn't have the issue during a short month, was quite happy, but it came back yesterday, and this process didn't solve it.
Why update the app, as it seems the issue shows up after an update ? Because if I don't do it, a lot of other apps is not working either...
Current version is 11.7.46 (434-175121617).
Thank you very much for your help !
