Does anyone know how to downgrade BL2 to BL1, and also rooting the device?

I haven't received any update this month and previous month, is lg is planning to roll out oreo or its just a delay ?

Because you are on airtel network! For receive update you need be at AT&T network in USA)))

Strange I have received previous updates then why not now? What if I update without aim card?

[HELP] Samsung S8 won't downgrade security patch level from January 1, 2019

I just downgraded my Samsung Galaxy S8 from its latest android patch, Android 9 (pie) to an older version that was released on September 2018. But I notice that the security patch level of my android won't downgrade from January 1, 2019. Is there any solutions.
Additional info:
I downgraded my device using Odin
why would you want to downgrade the security patch level? :/
