I have Zenfone 4 with ASUS_Z01KD_1-WW-15.0405.1808.120 and TRWP 3.1.1-0
I do not have a backup from the original recovery image.
I found 14.1060.1708.63-recovery.img and flashed it to recovery, but this version does not support the sdcard.
Where can I find a recovery image, I guess something starting with 15...

pass the rom to a memory card or flash drive and install with this twrp, it will recognize the rom and will install normally. Download the rom from asus website

Not sure what model ZB520KL is, but I was able to enter the stock recovery for ZD553KL by pressing volume down and power button simultaneously.
Stock roms can be found on the ASUS website under the phone model > drivers.

Just unlock your bootloader and patch boot.img of your rom with magisk
magisk will generate a patched boot.img file in download folder
reboot to fastboot and type with your phone connected: "fastboot flash boot patched_boot_filename.img"
working with and without TWRP in android 7, 8, 9 roms in zd553kl
if you have TWRP installed you can flash magisk.zip in TWRP

My Zenfone 4 ZE554KL, yesterday he sudendly shut down and doenst start anymore, when i turn him on he start in a bootloop, and he stays in there forever, i cant enter recovery mode either, he just bootloops, what can i do? I need my phone, :´/
