The projector is this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Fashion-And.../dp/B078GN4BVB
Some weeks ago, the WiFi and Bluetooth modules stop to work. If I select "ON" in the configuration menu, the WiFi doesn't find any network and Bluetooth don't switch to "ON" and stay on "OFF".
I try to reset the device but the problem has not been resolved.
Do I need to reinstall / upgrade the Firmware or you can suggest some other tries ? Surfing on internet I can't find any firmware for this device....
Thaks to will help me.

ok......Ive had 48 hours of wifi lags/intermittent connection issues...It was really making my archos 70
purchase begin to taste sour.....
I was toying with the idea of upgrading my router firmware....or possibly changing to a new router as was suggested
by another forum poster....
Well.....Ive just had 1 hour of continuous dolphin based web surfing with not a single problem...
This is from expert "Spawn" found in another forum:

Bug/problem - "disable powersave" doesn't work
Heres a tip
After you have setup the connection and connected via wifi, then goto the wifi manager under settings, click and hold on the connected wifi entry, a menu will appear where you have an option to edit the entry, select to edit, you will find the disabled powersafe option are not checked, check it and save the wifi entry - it now saves the option and keep wifi alive also during screen off.
This has worked great forme so far for a couple of hours. Will let you know tomorrow if this issue is solved...
well...of course, this needs to be done manually each time you launch your a70
Archos needs to fix that disconnect powersave switch in the next version of the firmware...
Let me know if this helps....

I tried this above and it does not work for me.
I want to listen to TuneIn Streaming Radio, also when I switch off the screen.
But then always WIFI is dropping.
I also downloaded
the app
WIFI keep alive
but this also does not work with my Archos 70.
My Firmware version is 2.3.26 (Android 2.2.1)
Is there any newer custom firmware that works better than this without WIFI dropping ?
Any good tutorial to root my Archos from my firmware version to a better custom firmware version ?
I only have the WIFI dropping, when the screen goes off... so there must be somehow a fix for this maybe
via another app ?
Many thanks in advance.
Regards, Stefan.

Hey. I had the same issue as well. I just recently got mine and I searched and found this. I'm not taking credit for this since it's not mine, but it helped me fix my issues.
1. Go to Settings > Wireless & networks > Wi-Fi settings.
2. Long press the network you are currently connected to.
3. Press Modify network.
4. Scroll to IP settings and select Static.
5. Keep everything else the same, and press Save.
Someone also said that he was using an older router, like me, and so he bought a new one and it worked. But this is a FAR cheaper fix for those of us without $$.
Hi,
I have many devices that connect via bluetooth to my Nexus 4 (4.4.2) and when I enable bluetooth i have to wait until it connects (and i disconnect) or fails to connect to the last connected device - which takes too much time.
Is there a way to disable auto-connect when enabling bluetooth? I would simply like to select a device after ive enabled it.
I searched here and elsewhere but could not find a soln.
Thanks in advance.

This issue is still ongoing.
My Phone is connecting to the HiFi when I turn on BT to receive a call with my headfset. It's really bothering. Bad Google nerds.
When you restart the phone and turn on BT, it is not auto connecting ... until you try to connect a device.
So I think the last conncetion attempt is stored somewhere temporaly and it is repeating on and on.
I can't believe that there is no fix for this bad issue available since years :-(
This sounds interesting about autoconnect.
But I am not a programmer :-(

Good evening everyone. I have a problem with a thl w200s Android 4.2.2, root. I took it for about a year, and some days I do not see more than the Wi-Fi networks at home. I thought I had broken the wi-fi module and tried to leave it on outside the home (usually it I turned off to conserve battery life) and I saw that snaps normally networks located around. Unfortunately I could not try a real connection because they were all secure connections and I have no network keys. Instead home connections not just see me. I have a PC, a tablet and a jiayu G4S who connect perfectly. Does anyone have an idea of what can be done to fix this problem? Thank you all.
This is the version of firmware installed

No one who can give help? An 'idea? I tried everything from the data factory reset to flash the rom stock needrom but nothing.
Today I did further tests; I held the wi-fi on while I was walking to the center (I looked like a poor brain-injured, I know, but it had to be done XD) and I found kind 30-40 networks. I tried to connect with the only 2-3 open I found (the others were protected by WPA-WPA2 like mine) and before me saved network, tap on and connect to current connection, then after a few seconds off the network scope (I have not hastened moved 1 centrimeto!).
If someone has an idea of what else I could try would make a great favor.
Hi there,
i would like to use Android Auto Wireless which is slowely rolled out at the moment.
First only Google Pixel phones could do it, now Samsung phones are certified too.
In theory it could work with every Pie (Android 9) device.
I bought a new Kenwood Headunit for my car and it works after enabling it in the developer options - BUT - without internet connection.
The phone automatically connects to the headunit's wifi and that's it. No internet available. Of course the headunit doesn't provide internet and wifi is just used for the connection.
My phone is a Xiaomi Mi Max 3 with MIUI11 (ROOTED) and Android 9.
Google Play Services: current beta (19.4.20)
Headunit Kenwood DMX8019DAB
How can i force the phone to use mobile data when connected to the headunits wifi?
Thanks

I have the same issue with my oneplus 6t when connected wirelessly to my Pioneer AVH-W4400NEX. My mobile data/LTE disconnects and wireless android auto becomes unusable. Needs help here.
I use a OP7TPro now and maybe this helps because I needed to change this setting to make it work:
Settings - WiFi - wifi settings - automatically swap to mobile data (or something like that, it's german on my phone)
I have the Android 10. Yup basically that it the solution. Go to wifi preferences and enable "auto switch to mobile data". Thanks.
Unfortunately this doesn't work on Xiaomi phones. One of the reasons I switched.
