Can anyone provide me the perfect, working, bugfree gcam for remdi 5 plus that can be used in all Pie roms?
I don't really care about night mode or HDR, HDR+ just both Front and Back camera need to be working smoothly.
And the flash is working.. all the google cam I used , none of them had flash working with HDR mode off. By flash not working, I meant flash doesn't sync with capture point at the same time so capture image remains black.

have you tried turning off HDR and taking a picture in dark? I m using havoc OS and clearly it dosn't work

Everything is working for me, btw i am using vimb kernel. Maybe problem is with stock kernel of havoc.

Hello everyone,
As a new owner of RN4X I tried to flash a custom ROM as I am not fond of MIUI 8 and the bloatware it comes with. The only issue that always keeps reoccurring with all ROMs is that the rear camera is not detected.
My phone has qtech_ov13855 as a rear camera, which, if I understand correctly, appeared in later batches of production.
Is there any way to obtain firmware for this camera or to do something else to get it working?

Thanks but I used Arnova's v8.2 and it works great, I'd say it's even smoother than the one you sent me.

Yes you do have to enable camera 2 API and you can do that by flashing twrp and flashing magisk then installing camera 2 API enabler.

i am getting a green tint on every photo i take from the rear camera.....even on whatsapp (same issue)
AND THE WORST PART: the front camera is SUPER BAD!
Please fix it ....or tell me how to debug it myself...
i think changing the in-app settings may solve it!

That's an old build and it wasn't even made specifically for Vince
Uninstall that one and install this, this is the Vince port, it doesn't have the night sight features but it's stable

From my experience the app need some libraries. In ob6 works much better the stable with only apk!

Can`t install......but the version i have Night mode is exactly the same as normal photo...
No processing...

You can try the app "GCamator". Maybe you can find something that works for our device, i haven't tried this app on the phone yet.

Im wondering if with gCam, the wide angle lens works for recording timelapse/hyperlapse in 4k? I know some phones the access to auxiliary lenses is a problem and 4k has a green hue and a weird stereoscopic look
