Really need help here.
I have an H930DS with TWRP installed, ROM Stock Pie 9.0 H930DS30b_00_OPEN_ESA_DS_OP_0903.
Bootloader is unlocked and rooted.
I tried flashing custom ROM through TWRP, it succeeded and able to boot into OS.
But since then:
1. The Sim Card is not working. Data is disabled. My simcard is ok, becuase I tried moving it to another phone, and it works just fine.
2. In the Settings - About screen, the Device Name is UNKNOWN. Model Name stated UNKNOWN as well. Cannot make/receive call.
I tried reinstall some others custom ROM, but always ended the same error. The simcard is disabled.
I tried reflashing the stock firmware with LGUP Tool (patched common.dll), it detected my device, but when trying to flash the ROM, at 4% it always give me and error message:
Error: 0x81000302, Please use latest DLL
LAF Protocol version is not match DLL = 0 Device = 57081888
Screenshot of the error message:
https://ibb.co/GRM67g2
PS: My device still able to boot into recovery TWRP, enter download mode, and booting into OS. But no data & no simcard.
Please help. Thank youuu
It works, simply download the TWRP-Flashable LG Stock ROM, Install Magisk & AK3_RCTD_Remover, Format Data, Reboot into Recovery, reinstall Magisk, then Reboot.

I'll give you a little pre-story.
Short version:
I have CWM recovery on android 4.12 but when I try to flash either PACman Rom or CM It gives me assert: failed getprop error. After removing the first line of the updater script in the zipfile I don't get the assert error, it just states
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Installing update...
Installation Aborted.
Long version:
Initialy I was running Android 4.04 (ICS) with CWM recovery. I decided to flash the PACman rom(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2388267). I did the following.
1. Rebooted into CWM recovery.
2. Did a factory reset.
3 Wiped Dalvik cache.
4. Flashed ROM
5 Flashed Kernel
After completing these steps I rebooted my phone to find a "Security Error" message under the LG logo. It would automaticlly shutdown after 20 seconds. So what I initially tried was to flash the 10G KDZ which didn't work out because the LG tool is ****. However the 20B KDZ did work (which is Android 4.1.2). After the flashing had completed my phone booted normally. I was able to root my phone using this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2173465. I was also able to install CWM recovery. Now the following problem is this when I want to flash the PACman rom or the CM ROM I get the following error assert failed: getprop("ro.product.device") == p760 || getprop ("ro.build.product") == "p760" E:error in (path to zipfile) (status 7) Installation aborted. I got around that by removing the first line of the of the updater script. I don't get the error but it just states "Installation aborted".
Thanks in advance.

Well I assume since I have CWM Recovery that my phone's bootloader is unlocked. Correct me if I'm wrong.

No. Please look for how to unlock bootloader in L9 General & Q&A forum, and select thread that match your phone model.

If your phone bootloader is unlocked and you also remove assert model check line from installer, you shouldn't get that error status 7.
Please try to make sure that your phone bootloader is unlocked by boot your phone in S/W update mode. The bootloader unlock text will print at the top of that screen.

If you still unable to flash any custom rom please try to flash stock kdz or use LG mobile support tool to recover your phone. Once my phone is in strange condition, I can flash custom rom but I cannot boot it (My bad, I use wrong update script when I test my rom). My phone always stuck at LG logo. Flash kdz, restore CWM and flash rom don't help. The last thing that make my phone boot up again is LG mobile support tool.
BTW if you phone model is not P760 you should restore your old baseband by flash you original kdz. (You flash P760 to unlock your boot loader right?)

Well the problem is that I can't flash the stock 10G KDZ because the LG Mobile Support Tool only allows me to install 20B KDZ. Your question could be interpreted in two ways so I will give you two awnsers .
Q Why did I flash my p760?
A Because after flashing PACman rom on android 4.0.4 I got a security error
Q How did I unlock my bootloader?
A I first rooted the device. Installed CWM recovery, then did adb reboot oem-unlock
So the question is how do I flash 4.0.4 KDZ if the LG mobile support tool does not allow me?. Or how do I resolve the ROM installation issues?.
Thanks again

For flashing ICS
In JB rom offline flash program cannot detect your phone in S/W update mode. Most people stuck at about 15% and the program told them that their phone is not connect. If you want to flash 4.0.4 ICS kdz you should
- boot your phone up (if it can boot up),
- connect usb cable and put your phone in LG software mode.
- Do an offline flash again but select DIAG instead of EMERGENCY. You phone should reboot into S/W update mode automatically. After that it will get pass 15%.
But If you cannot boot your phone up, you need to flash you phone model ICS u-boot and x-loader via fastboot. After that offline flash program can detect your phone in S/W update mode.
For rom istallation, I'm sorry I don't understand why you cannot flash custom rom. Maybe your download is corrupt? Please check file md5 with rom uploader.

I did the above but I get a page error(only with the 4.04 kdz). When my phone was bricked I had the same problem thats why I flashed 20B. Thanks for your time.
I recently rooted my phone. That worked no problem. I then tried to install CyangenMod through BobZhome ROM's. I can't post the link but it's easily found on google. I tried installing his CM11. I used the CWM file he included and used the app he suggested. I loaded the file on to my SD Card and click on reboot to recovery in the app. My phone said Security Error under the LG symbol as it's booting. I've read many people that have the same problem. But my phone isn't able to do even the basic things they tried. I tried hard resetting it. It showed up with the logo and Security Error. I can't even put my phone into S/W mode. It just loads up the same logo and Security Error screen. I don't know what else to do.
You need to install fastboot and flash the uboot and xloader for your phone model, and whatever version of android your phone shipped with(If you don't remember, use ICS).
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2119090
Then once that is finished, you need to download a version of android for your model.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2107971
Finally "Offline flash" the kdz file you downloaded.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2085344
The reason this happened is that you have a locked bootloader, this needs to be unlocked in order to flash custom roms. It is especially hard for this phone.
I have the T mobile H901 Like just about everyone else. I got it with android 6.0 and I wanted to root it. Now i didn't really know what to do, so I tried following some guides on here. I got my bootloader unlocked, but TWRP would not install, and I kept getting some "unknown command" error. So I installed this via LGUP: https://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-lg-v10/general/root-android-6-0-h901-t3382819
That gave me twrp, but I could no longer boot into system. From there I tried installing stock 6.0 .zip files, Installing .kdz files through LGUP, but nothing was working.
So then I tried this thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-lg-v10/development/rom-v10h901v20estock-customized-t3360240
I installed the V10_H901_V20L_Update_P1.zip, then the V10_H901_V20J_Stock_Custom_2e_FULL-signed.zip both though TWRP 3.0, and followed the rest of the instructions until I got to: "Once in Fastboot type this command "fastboot oem unlock"" BUT my phone already WAS unlocked. So I (not really thinking) typed "fastboot oem lock" and then it said "erasing data" like it was supposed to. But after that, I can do longer get into my recovery, Boot to system, and If I don't enter fastboot OR download mode, It stays in a bootloop where it says: "boot verification fail!! - Cause : MISMATCH_SIG_LEN
Please if anyone could help I would be so happy.
EDIT: I should also mention that when I try and flash the stock 6.0 rom with LGUP (The "H90120e_00_0316") It gets to 9% and fails with the error: Error Code - 0x2000, TOT antirollback version is smaller than device version.
OK I fixed my phone by using LG Bridge firmware update while my phone was in download mode. The only problem is NOW I can't root. I hope someone can get a Nougat root working.

Working with some Korean friends on that now. No promises but early testing is progressing well. Hopefully it works for 20 & possibly 30
Hello everyone, after a long attempt at unlocking the bootloader i finally got it, i flashed TWRP and got a prompt for encryption password, and my password wasn't working and i also tried default_password,so i read that the format data option will decrypt the phone and people said wouldn't do anything to system, so i did it and now everytime i reboot it boots straight into recovery no matter what i try, it will also boot into fastboot, so i tried to find a stock ROM for TA-1056 but couldn't find it anywhere, the only the i found was a single ROM for the TA-1060, can anyone help? i really appreciate it!
Completely Bricked
Me too need a stock rom of ta 1056. Please help if you could manage to provide a helping hand... ?
I had the same issue like yours, looping in twrp. then i tried to flash it with a so called stock rom from net, guess what it went completely bricked and I donnow what to do. ??

It's simple. just get the stock recovery (and boot, optional) to flash it with fastboot and go to recovery and wipe it and you'll be ok.
and also using the twrp on this phone is not a great idea to wipe.
if you wanna wipe. please use "fastboot -w" to wipe the phone while bootloader is unlocked. or stock recovery to wipe.
Because twrp built this recovery with only formatting option was ext4 to /data and /cache. So the phone cannot operate properly. Which leads to fake failed decryption notification.
Data partition must need to be formatted under f2fs format.
And finding rom for this phone is pretty easy. Just find some nb0 file for this phone (any variant of this phone should work) and extract it with "nb0 extractor" and then flash it with SP Flash tool by mediatek.
That's my way. I don't know how will you do. But normally you only need the nb0 file and then flash it with OST LA (Nokia's flash tool based off Intel's SUT L1/L3 tool).
My Nokia 1 TA-1047 stuck at Nokia logo screen
Hi guys, sorry I'm newbie so after a long time surfing for solutions, I couldn't solve my own problem. That's why I come here to ask for your supports
Firstly I unlocked bootloader, installed TWRP and rooted my device and enjoyed it. But after decided to wipe (factory reset) this phone with TWRP, and my problem began...
1. I got stuck in TWRP loop booting. After that I tried to fastboot system.bin, cache.bin and recovery.bin from Stock Firmware but it still hung at Nokia logo booting
2. I still kept trying with SP Flash Tool, Miracle Box but there was still no hope:
- SP Flashtool v5_1548 gave me error: BROM ERROR: S_BROM_CMD_STARTCMD_FAIL (2005)
- Miracle Box 2.27A told me there was an error (i don't remember the code) occured in the location (i can't remember its code either)...
Anyone can solve it please help!!!! I love this phone much and as of now still suffering day by day since I can't do anything with it.
Kindly appreciate any suggestion and solution.
Thank you all!

So here's the thing. The rom you downloaded from internet (about 2 GB) or ripped from your phone and reflashing from flash tool will NOT WORK.
The first reason you can't flash the ROM was:
You got into flashing mode but you didn't do the right way so it failed the downloading DA for the phone. Try again and it should work (Don't go into fastboot mode)
2nd reason:
Because of the unsupported chip that MiracleBox read. It said the phone was 6573 or something while the phone chip is 6737M.
So the app will create the wrong version of the scatter for the phone. Leads to the flash tool app downloading the wrong command and Download Agent for the phone makes the phone can't be flashed.
You need to get the official nb0 file for this phone (TA-1060 or 66 should also works, mine was TA-1047. Since it's a universal ROM so any variant of the phone can also work) and then extract the ROM. Then you can get the scatter text file from that nb0 ROM and then flash it over flash tool (version 5 recommended, version 3 more likely not work).
Remember to look at line with partition "metadata" and then edit "boundary_check" to false.
PLUS:
If you flash it with your own dumped EMMC rom or flash it by dd-ing the partition in recovery will kinda work. But when you update the ROM over OTA (Google Play services's System Update app)
It will most likely bootlooped the phone when it's trying to verify the 2nd partition of the same recovery or kernel flashed into the phone (https://source.android.com/security/verifiedboot) and flash the updated one.)
So flashing from official ROM is mandatory.
And you can flash it over Intel's (Nokia modified) flash tool app SUTL3 (aka. OST LA) but I can't get it to work so you just stick with Flash Tool v5 from MediaTek and you'll be good.

nb0 extractor, requires java installed (If extracting hurts your hard disk performance aka. frozen or lag. Don't worry, It actually works, DON'T DO ANYTHING. It will notify you once it's done.): https://forum.xda-developers.com/general/general/tool-unpack-repack-nb0-rom-t3495091
Smart Phone Flash Tool from MediaTek: https://spflashtools.com/
My fixed scatter file that actually works from nb0 file: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1gRoADGHBm4vIAw3NeDyc_h9QWj12XUrC
And don't use twrp for wiping the phone. Use "fastboot -w" to wipe or use stock recovery.
TWRP will wipe the data parition but in ext4 format and make the phone bootlooped. We need f2fs in order to make the phone's /data partition run correctly. (Unless you know how to make the phone not having encryption flag when booting up every first time. Or modify TWRP to wipe the /data partition with make_f2fs and not make_ext4 app. Or using make_f2fs in recovery to directly wipe /data partition over terminal, the actual partition is in /dev/block/platform/mtk-msdc.0/11230000.msdc0/by-name/userdata.)
Or you just do this (I'm not tested it yet): Google "twrp f2fs format"

Thanks for your comment. I have recently bought that version (TA-1047) and I see that is more complicated to root it securely than I thought… Your comment gave me hope to try it. So, could you please say me if it is posible to do it without breaking it? I will read your comment when I have more time but I thank you for it!
As I see there is only stock rom for TA-1060 version, but as you say it is posible to recover it in case of breaking it, isn't it?
Thanks. :fingers-crossed:

It's really easy to root the phone actually. Just unlock bootloader, install twrp recovery and install magisk.
And if you broke the phone's ROM. Just bring it to Nokia. Or flash it by yourself with the ROM I linked above by SP Flash Tool software.
Anyway the ROM is universal. So any variant of the phone can be flashed. (Proves that the elabel partition has 5 certifications images for 5 different models)
Just take sometime and read my words there.

Many thanks! At the moment I achieved to root it with twrp. OEM unlock > installed twrp > fastboot -w > magisk.
At the moment all is okey but I have not been able to unencrypt DATA partition (I have done fastboot -w, but with no success, I have not tried TWRP format because of your advice). That's the only point I can complain about.
I hope I do not have to use the stock rom to unbrick, but I have your advice if I do.
Thanks again!

That's weird. If you unlocked the bootloader and install adb/fastboot (must be latest version. Older version will not recognize the phone, download platform-tools from google dev site, don't download adb tools off XDA) + Nokia's driver from emulated CD drive (every time you plug the phone to computer with official rom, you'll see it) properly then it should be able to work.
You need to check the fastboot device driver Device Manager (devmgmt.msc) and see if the driver is properly installed yet.
You can only use "fastboot -w" once the bootloader is unlocked. And booting up the phone. It will say the bootloader is in Orange state.
You need to unlock oem bootloader from developer settings when the stock rom is there. And in fastboot too
Here is how you unlock it:
Enable oem unlock from dev settings
Then reboot to fastboot mode (bootloader)
Do this:
"fastboot oem key "serial number string converted to md5, not imei strings" "
"fastboot oem unlock"
Volume up
Then you are actually unlocked the bootloader.
Unlock from developer settings only will not do the trick. It only allows you to have ability unlock the bootloader in fastboot.
If you stuck on the Encryption unsuccessful screen. Try wipe it with stock recovery or "fastboot -w" (if you properly unlocked the bootloader)
If you think you can't do anything anymore. Just flash the ROM provided you above.
If you need the extracted ROM for SP flash tool and the fastboot driver. I can link it to you.
Most of all drivers will automatically install off Windows Update if you're on Windows 10 (except the fastboot driver, and yes. SP flash tool drivers are also provided by Windows 10 too)
Also. You should update the phone to the latest software update when flashing stock rom too. Because newer builds for this phone is compatible-friendly with GSI rom (Treble ROMs like AOSP Android 9 or 8.1 by phhusson)

Nokia might harden the security of the device so you can't use Magisk on stock rom.
Hello everybody!
Unfortunately my cell phone has a softbrick and I don't know how to fix it.
Starting position (unlocked bootloader):
I was on 10.0.7 Xiaomi.eu ROM (worked very well) and installed LuckyPatcher. After patching a file in LuckyPatcher, a reboot came and it took a long time, after the reboot, both SIM cards no longer worked and no WLAN.
Then I installed the Xiaomi.eu ROM with TWRP again - same error, then the original FastbootROM - same error.
I entered + # 06 # in the phone app and lo and behold, the phone no longer has an IMEI.
I hope someone can help me.
I have a TWRP backup, I restored the EFS but nothing changed. HOW can I extract modemst1.bin and modemst2.bin from efs1.emmc.win and efs1.emmc.win.sha2?
Regards Mirakulixs
1. try flashing original boot image without magisk (idk... worth a try, that's what I do when I boot loop because of some crap I installed, though I didn't check if I somehow lost my IMEI)
2. try flashing stock rom using miflash
Hey (same error is no IMEI´s and no Mac-Adress and Baseband is unknown)
to point 1 - same error
to point 2 - same error
try to flash zip with twrp.. - same error
with mi flash fastbook rom - same error
