Hi everyone, I've been using Amazfit GTR for a few weeks and I wanted some answers from you to my questions. For many years I have used the old Fitbit Charge 2 HR, which in addition to the difficulty of synchronizing data with the smartphone had a ridiculous battery life but could easily recognize any sporting activity with extreme precision and sleep monitoring . Amazfit GTR on the other hand just doesn't seem to be able to do it unless you set it manually. For example: playing tennis and heartbeats go up to 140, he recognizes the activity as a simple walk. I do weight training, he can't recognize it. Do you think this is normal? It is as if the GTR is not able to put together the data coming from its sensors and process a result. He can't even recognize an afternoon nap and I find this really stupid. How do they make such an idiot smartwatch in Amazfit?

Hi all,
I don't know if this already exist or if it is even possible from the technical perspective. I've tried to find how to do it, mainly trying to install one of the already existings apps for android but only one is compatible with the amazfit pace architecture and the result in the watch screen is to poor.
The point is to have a new activity in the smartwatch that record laps by GPS position (fe some garmin models do this as well). You set at the beginning a start point and every time you cross that point the activity set a new laptime. It will be usefull for different sports as for example circuit cycling or motorsports like go karts/motorbikes.
Does someone know if this is possible or if already exist something similar?
Regards
Which device? Pace and Stratos have a function called Autolapse which I guess is what you are looking.

Hi nhedgehog, thanks for your reply.
I have an Amazfit Pace... I can see the autolap by distance or by time but can't find the autolap by gps start position or something called autolapse, where is that? Do you have any custom rom installed?
I don't think you can do it besides auto lap by distance or time, as most watches do. If you need anything else then probably you must export the GPX data on watch, transfer it to computer then use a third party service to edit the data.
I'll answer later, just switched the ROM, don't know if I got confused with all that new settings.
I'm on the Amazfit Pace Chines BETA 2.0.6.12 ROM. Here is a thread which lists the activity settings of some outdoor activities.
You are right I can't define a GPS position as Lap Starting. I have the possibility to define autolap by distance and set this alert on or off but not what you were looking for.
I also would be interested by this GPS lap function
WOS2 on Pace has an "Auto Lap" setting (with option of notification separate from the normal lap notification where you can set the lap length), most probably it exists on Stratos as well... Does it do what you need?
Hi everybody
I bought the amazfit 2 and had a few difficulties with interval workouts.
After i set a training in my phone app and synced it to the watch i went for a run.
In most times the training stop and wont continue to the next lap/interval/repeat/segment and i have to stop the activity and start a new running activity.
Does anyone had this problem and can help me work it out ?
Same problem here
I am having the exact same problem here. Doing interval training, set to trigger on a given distance. After the second or third interval repeat the watch get stuck and the next interval never starts, forcing me to save the activity and start a new one. This is really not ideal. I was using a BT HRM, wondering if that might be contributing to the issue ?
First of all, there is no Stratos 2:
Stratos is Huami Sports Watch 2, or simply Stratos (some call it Pace 2, since it came after Pace, but it's also wrong).

That being clarified, there is a know bug about interval repetitions, it hangs after some time. A simple workaround is adding multiple intervals with the same distance (or time), dumb but usually work. If you have an International version of the watch (A1619), you can report it in the link below, maybe they fix it some day:

I have that bug when changing screens. If i dont change between screens then no problem at allĂ.
Hi guys,
I just bought a Amazfit Verge and would like to know if there are any workout tracker apps for the watch. Counting reps, weights, intervall timer etc. Im using "Jefit" on my phone right now, but would switch to another app if there is a standalone workout tracker for the watch. Thank you!
Officially, gym workout is not supported. I'm using treadmill when doing workout in the gym.

Have you tried installing the JEFIT APK on the watch? I know it is compatible with WearOS, but I don't know if it works in the AMAZFIT. In fact I have the same doubt as you, and I am looking for the best watch that has the possibility of measuring this, so if it works for you I appreciate you can share your experience.
Thanks and regards,
I also go to the gym for a while and try to lead a healthier lifestyle. Now that this whole coronavirus thing has happened, I have to do everything in my power at home. I do special exercises, lead a healthy lifestyle and thus I notice big changes in my body every day, which makes me very happy. However, I still can't get the desired result. When I look at other bodies more beautiful than me, I seem to be disappointed. For this reason, I am thinking of trying to consume SARMs. Can anyone on this forum help me with an opinion or advice? I also found a site where the best SARMs are https://jonnsaromatherapy.com/best-legal-steroids/ but I still don't know if it's worth trying or not. Please help.
Try AmazTimer
I use Endomondo; it has a long list of great features. The health and fitness app allows you to track your physical activity data, whether you're exercising outdoors or indoors. The app also works great with heart rate monitors to bring your heart rate data. It also analyzes your data to bring up a daily diary, split time for each workout, and nutrition supplements. I always use https://rats.army/product/rad140-testolone/, and I have it programmed in the app when I should take it.
Hi a little question: is GTR able to import/export GPX files like Stratos does? to follow a prepared track. (when you plug it is there a GPXdata folder?)
i had a stratos which did that great but it died so i wonder if i by this new whach or go back to stratos.

Hello,
I allow myself to join your post.
I would also have a question in addition to yours.
Is it possible to schedule interval training sessions?
like 30 * 30 seconds?
If so, is it configurable per second? And by distance?
thank you so much
GTR, like Verge lite or BIP, has no internal storage that is available for users, so probably you can't load any files to it.
The same goes for interval training: if Verge lite doesn't have it then GTR won't either (same OS, different body).
Thanks
It's still a regression from Amazfit.
They turn their products more into connected products and no longer into sports watches
Hello guys, I searched all around but could not find anything useful, is there any way to track and display non gps activities on Amazfit BIP ? I mean like doing weight lifting at the gym or something like that, I have this option on my old MiBand 3, but not on my new Amazfit BIP, only activities that I need to go running or something
nvm.
