Hi guys,
whenever i want to put my camera taken pics as wallpaper it does not allow me the whole pic. It allows me to select a part of it with a square option. I know its not a bug but does anyone know of any app which allow you to put your full pic as wallpaper? Thanks

It limits you so you can maintain a good aspect ratio...otherwise the background will be skewed.

There's a feature called "Best shot" in the stock SGS3 camera app. It basically captures a couple of photos in a very fast sucession and recommends one of the pictures for saving. However you can just pick another picture if you deem the recommendation wrong.
Is that a Note 2 feature?

I know and I did it, but in my camera (that I flashed some time ago) there is no this feature. Where can I download it?

You can't download a feature. If it's a Note feature - get the latest note camera.
Best face is already included in 4.1.2 update

I dont think there is because half is digital zoom and well digital zoom realy kills the quallity of your image or video during zoom
It is probably limited to where it is for safety or performance
Try searching up such a thing for an older device
