Disable vibration with app update? - Xiaomi Poco F1 Questions & Answers

Is there a way to disable vibration with every app update?

please explain more! custom rom? miui? playstore? miui app updater?

Check notification settings for Google Play store, there are various actions (like updating an app, downloading an app etc.) where vibrations are turned on. One of those actions is responsible for the effect you hate.

App to turn off vibration individual apps ?

Hi, is there any app that can turn off vibration for specific app ? I have game /crazy taxi/ which cant disable vibration in settigns, so i hope theres app where i can add this game to force turn off vibration.
Exist any app like this ?
Maybe using a permissions manager (there are several in the Play Store), there is a specific permission related to the vibration.
Tried, but when game want to vibrate = Force Close with mesage app stop working...
Any other tips ?
I too would like to know if there is a way to disable vibration either per app basis or globally if that prevents force closes from disabling permission. I'm also finding this a problem in crazy taxi. There is no option within the game..

[Q] How to Disable notifications, even after app update?

Hi,
It's great that I can easily turn off notification of an app really easy, but for those apps that update every single day, which in turn, turns notifications back on.
There has to be an app, or root app, or even an Xposed module that can stop certain apps from pushing Notifications even after an update..?
Thank you!

Which apps to whitelist for aggressive doze?

Hey guys. I used to use aggressive doze, but it seemed like I was having a problem getting alarm/timer notifications. To make sure I don't miss important notifications are there other services I need to be sure to whitelist besides the clock app, phone app, etc.?

Normally you don't have to whitelist anything except those apps from which you need notifications. Google Play Services which is required for notifications, is already whitelisted.
Apps which are made compatible to MM's Doze function need not specifically be whitelisted. So even the phone app and clock app need not be whitelisted if they are Google's. Only third party apps which have not been made compatible (from which you need notifications) need to be whitelisted.
I've noticed that if you navigate with the screen off, whatever app you are using to navigate will get Dozed until you wake the device, so I'd whitelist whatever navigation app you use if you navigate with your screen off. Otherwise, as tnsmani said, I haven't found a good reason to whitelist any other apps.

Yes, the whitelist option isn't working properly. It doesn't matter which 3rd party app you are trying to be in a whitelist, it won't show any notification until you turn your screen ON.

[HELP] App Services Accessibility Automatically Resets

I try to use the app detox app, and it needs to turn App Services Accessibility on. So i did this. The very big problem is that after I Clear Recent apps, the app Services Accessibility goes off. Its not that easy to figure out because when I go to Clearing Recents screen, there are no such app to kill as app detox, so i cant lock it. Its just doesen't appears in Recents screen. I will be very pleased if someone will help me to fix this. I need to turn App Services Accessibilities on permamently, because without this app detox dont work properly.
I have Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro and MIUI Global 8.1

How to hide persistent notifications but still have them in background?

I have many persistent notifications where the app won't work if it's hidden - E.g. Adguard, Lastpass, Whatsapp and more.
Is there any other way to hide them but still have a full functioning app in background? Using P30 Pro currently.

You mean hiding the notification using notification controls make the app stop working ? I used to hide the spotify player from appearing in my notification shade, but the music kept playing. Maybe let them open in your recent apps menu. Also check in the "Battery optimisation settings. Usually apps stops working because it's stopped by battery optimization.
nope, battery optimization is disabled but if it's not kept running in the background USING persistent notifications, the app will be killed.
anyone knows how to hide all these pesky notifications?
