So I have two sisters who own Xiaomi Note 5Pro and Note3. ( These phones were never rooted or updated )
A few days ago I kept a copy of my important data in both the phones as that data was very dear to me.One morning my sister with Note5Pro saw that her phone was displaying MIUI 9 page.
When I entered in to her phone I noticed that every thing was wiped off as if the phone was brand new with no trace of any data.
I was consoling myself that a copy of data is there in Note3 and when I fetched Note3 from my other sis a few days later, the phone restarted and again this phone too showed me the same MIUI9 page and again data in internal SD was missing. Since then I have kept her Note3 switched off as that data was very important to me.
On Note5Pro (which is being continuosly used) I have tried various android data recovery softwares, some of which are asking for rooting. I have a concern that rooting would wipe off any recoverable data.
The current MIUI version being shown in Note5Pro is MIUI Global 9.6 stable 9.6.3.0
Kindly suggest a way to recover my data.I desperately trying for a way since last one month.
Please help!!!
Is there no one who can help me???

Hey guys,
Recently when I was in Singapore my LG G3 got soaked during a rainstorm and is now dead. I bought a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 in a shop there and I have had problems ever since.
The phone, despite it's excellent specifications is extremely slow, crashes, restarts and push notifications aren't working. Even when somebody calls me, the calls often do not show up and my phone does not ring. This makes the phone practically useless.
The phone specifications are:
Model number - Redmi Note 4
Android version - 6.0 MRA58K
MIUI version - MIUI Global 8.0 | Stable 8.0.5.0.0(MBFCNDG)
Kernel version - 3.18.22+
Build number - MRA58K
I have tried to fix those problems by changing all of the settings on the phone to no avail and it seems that the stock software is completely screwed.
I figured I should backup all of my data to my laptop/PC (tried both - same problems) but despite being connected through a USB on MTP mode the phone is visible to the PC, however once you click into the internal storage folder it freezes and becomes unresponsive - this is the case on both my laptop and my PC and therefore I cannot even back up my files.
Anyway, I have applied to unlock my Mi device on the website and I am awaiting the confirmation right now.
I have tried unlocking the phone and rooting, however none of my attempts have worked (e.g. Kingroot at 1%), even connecting the phone to the PC is a struggle.
Could somebody please give me some advice?
Many thanks,
Mac
Hi guys.
So, I got my Redmi Note 4 mediatek half a year ago, tried several different roms and official ones, but there always seems to be some kind of problem.
On official MIUI every time some apps updated I had to restart the phone for them to work, on dev rom it wouldn't update, just said decrypting and nothing happened. On AOSP it would randomly freeze and shutdown when I was talking to someone and so on.
So I was wondering if there is any way to fully reset the phone? Is it possible to put a different kernel on it?
Hello bro
I need help.
I have problem with my realme 7 pro
Before this time, 5 months ago I have problem bootloop, and to fix it i flashed a stock rom A33, the device boot normally and i haven't lost any data (photos, apk...).
This time, i tried to root my phone with flash tool, but the phone stuck in bootloop, then I tried to fix it with the same method, but unfortunately the phone show me an encrypted data.
Please i need help to recover my data (at least photos)
I suppose you will need to format the data partition then...You shou;ld have make a backup before playing with the phone
Hi all,
I have a Xiaomi Mi 8 lite (China ROM). Before Xiaomi disabled Google services entirely on the new miui versions, I had installed them myself as they are not pre installed. However, after miui 12.5.1 they stopped working (and without knowing they had effectively blocked Google services from being installed on China ROMs) I thought the version I installed had become outdated and hence stopped working. I deleted some Google service frameworks and was going to reinstall newer versions but then after a while the phone turned off and is in a Bootloop now. It doesn't get past the miui logo when turning on. Unfortunately I haven't unlocked the bootloader or enabled usb debugging (lesson learned ) - is there any way I can either reflash a stock/custom ROM and/or recover my data?
Thanks to anyone who replies to this post and am happy to send photos of the phone if needed
It's fine after wiping data 3x from recovery 3.0 it came out of the bootloop after 30 mins
