If you are trying to circumvent the device security there is no way & that is for good reason.

You won't be getting LineageOS any soon without the kernel source code which Xiaomi still refuses to release

Whyred has lots of roms and a proper search will yield output.

Because it's RN114G which is not really a Redmi note 11, but more like a Redmi 10.
