So if I just do a kdz I'll get them installed then?

You could use dual mode lgup to partition DL install just the 2 modem files, but safest to install the entire kdz
Remember how you bricked to qld 9008 when u mixed and match modems between variants?

You can use LGDMP software to flash a rom or burn a custom recovery such as clockworkmod. Also you can flash stock DZ rom.(you have to extract KDZ rom to get the DZ ).
See my post here:

Yes. LG UP is using LAF to flash.
LAF Is the LG Advanced Flash. When you hold vol up and insert your USB cable to get into download mode, aboot loads a partition called LAF.
runningnak3d explained it well in the H932 rooting thread
Longer explaination:
H932 has bootloader unlocked but no flash commands. They can flash stock firmware with LG UP tho.
The plan was to get dev version of LG UP which can flash single partitions and use it to flash /boot that was patched with Magisk.
This failed because LAF will not allow to flash anything that is not RSA singed by LG. And that's where they got stuck.
They can flash stock firmware or stock partitions extracted from official .kdz tho

LG UP should automatically put the phone into download mode when you start the .kdz flash otherwise you can do it manually by just following 3 simple steps:
1. power phone off
2. hold volume up
3. put in usb-c
...you're in download mode

Don't quite understand. If you haven't factory reset your phone, then you should still have TWRP. Boot to TWRP with fastboot commands or button dance?

Europe H930 doesn't convert to North America US998 for bootloader unlock, among other reasons as it already has fastboot flash commands.
But he probably used LGUP to downgrade to necessary pre-July 2018 H930 KDZ firmware -- unless he was lucky enough to already have that on his phone.... Those of us in the beginning of WTF didn't have to downgrade to anything.
There's also dev patched LGUP in the Europe H930 KDZ thread. He's had to have seen it...

Something is messed up about your phone. You need to go back to the beginning. Reflash stock H930 KDZ.
Then, we'll worry about reinstalling TWRP.

See bottom of post #1 in this thread:

Unless you were already on pre-July 2018 firmware when you unlocked your bootloader, you had to use LGUP to temporarily downgrade earlier firmware. Since your bootloader is already unlocked you don't have to downgrade, but you do have to re-flash stock firmware with LGUP. It can be the most recent, if you wish. Then you will use fastboot flash commands to re-install TWRP.

Yes. You can either choose Refurbish or DL Partition (but choose all partitions). This will wipe your phone, so save off anything you don't have stored elsewhere. Your bootloader will remain unlocked. You will then reinstall TWRP via fastboot flash commands.

If you choose "upgrade" it will only overwrite the parts it thinks needs updating. I think you need a fresh install of all the stock firmware as something seems corrupted from your ROM installation.
Since your bootloader is already unlocked, you can actually flash the newest H930 firmware. 20R is sort old. I think 21O is the newest... But it's your choice.
Then, you would reinstall TWRP, reflash the no root check and no encryption files, and reflash Magisk -- like when you first unlocked the bootloader and rooted.

I just try root my V30 so i flash H930 kdz to V30.(partition DL)
and i try factory reset on h930 rom.
but i see kill switch , i'm panicked and i flash korean kdz to partition DL. i think it was my fault. in korea rom, i saw no command with android.
and I flash h930 kdz. then i can't get in download mode. i should have used an editor, and flash korean kdz to refurbish...

go here

Thx. Now i can see killswitch logo and h930 boot logo, no killswitch logo with no command logo. And fastboot mode says enable usb debug.
Get the LG software for windows, connect your phone and you might be lucky and it will download and install the right KDZ. Saved me once with my G5.
I just solve the problem to using octoplus. Thanks.

My V30 (V300L) Can't Update Android 9.0 ,

If by "recovery" you mean TWRP, yes.
If you have unlocked bootloader and TWRP, unless you are flashing a TWRP flashable zip, then you need to flash full H930DS KDZ using Refurbish mode. Yes, you will lose TWRP recovery, but you can add it back with fastboot.
All H930 variants firmware (including H930DS) has fastboot. What have you flashed that doesn't have fastboot? Korean firmware does not. They have to flash to H930 variant firmware for bootloader unlock and TWRP installation, then flash to TWRP flashable zip to get radios back.

And if I press the power + Volume Down button, the screen turns black and then restart right behind.

If you've lost download mode and fastboot mode then you'll need to do the button dance to get into QLD 9008 mode--then pay for a remote JTAG Octoplus box repair fix for $15-$35 (some give $20 discount to XDA members) on Ebay
EDIT: Found him: https://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=6038524 (MFKilla). Here is what he offered few days ago: "For all xda members i have -20$ discount) Im from Moldova
And on my service no need disassemble the phone =)

We are in the same boat my friend. I have a V30 ( V300L ) LG+ korean operator. I have tried to update to pie several times without success. I have used a kdz from
lg-firmwares.com so I think I have used the correct software. LG bridge says it can't read the information of the cellphone. Also I have never received an OTA.
I have used LGUP for developers to upgrade it. Once the process is completed the phone gets stuck at the LG logo. I can fix this by downgrading to OREO using the refurbish mode of LGUP. It seems that my cellphone is gonna stay on OREO for long time. At least it hasnt bricked yet.
