Hi guys
Sorry but i am a noob to all this so have proberly stupid questions.
After flashing to a customer rom i went back to a stock t-mobile rom. Problem i now face is when i try to download apps from other companies that are not on the app store eg mfortune they are unable to detect the type of phone i am using so i get "sorry we do not currently support your device" despite being able to do so before rooting and flashing. Is there a way i can change this with the release of skyGo on android this month i want to be able to download it. As it will be only on the galaxy s2 and HTC phones for some time i dont really want to wait.
Any help please???
Did you do a full whipe? Adding some details like model number, the rom you flashed and the one you came from may get you some more useful results.
As for the skyGo app, it won't take more than a day for it to pop up as an APK somewhere on the net.
Hello
Thanks for the reply i am currently in work so i cant look at my phone but will update on which firmware and kernal version i am running
I did however follow this guide to root reviews.cnet.co.uk/mobile-phones/how-to-root-your-samsung-galaxy-s2-50004972/[/url]
Not sure if that helps i did not however use the guide to flash the secure kernal maybe thats where i have gone wrong.
I will update the thread with the info later.
Thanks again
Ok first im sorry if this is in the wrong place. I was given a Samsung galaxy S3 SCH-S968C (GP) which runs on straight talk but it wasn't working it would never boot up fully. Determined to get it working i was trying everything i could find and used Odin and loaded the wrong stock Rom because i couldn't find one for straight talk. Now it boots up with Verizon logo but the prob is it wont accept At&T or T-mobile Sim cards so im unable to use it on straight talk. Does anyone know where i could find a stock Rom for SCH-S968C (GP) so it will work again I cant find 1 anywhere or have any ideas as to what i should do? any help at all is greatly appreciated and thank you all for the hard work that you do.:highfive:
This forum is for the i9300, can only suggest you search xda or Google for your model.
Hey guys,
I have a S6 Edge and I love the Samsung internet app. I was very excited when they announced secret mode with fingerprint but for some reason even after having android 6 and the latest version of the app(4.0.10-53) I am still not able to create fingerprint access to secret mode! I am unable to understand it and nor can I find anything in samsung internet setting to guide me in setting up the authentication! Please help!
I had originally rooted my s6 edge before reverting it back! I think this triggered the knox flag! Since I am back to the original firmware can you please guide how to get back this feature
there are some mods out there, that enables it back
Can you please direct me towards them?

then i start reading about FRP.
what am I to do.. so i can use this tablet... is it a lost cause.
and I have went on the internet and looked up all kinds of stuff about bypassing the sign in part.
but all that is out there...is to help older models.
I have went to youtube. also... all seem to help older models... i have not seen any that will help my model.
what am I to do.
please ..I need some help
This is the Galaxy s3 forum so all I can tell you are somethings general to Samsung devices. But the tab needs to be unlocked, which I assume is possible with the E. If it's not already unlocked then you have a problem as it needs to be done when booted into the system. If it is unlocked look for a guide on how to use Odin and then flash the stock firmware with that.
Sent from my [device_name] using XDA-Developers Legacy app
Samsung Tab S2 : SM-T818WVLS3BSA2
[UPDATE]
After a long search I finally found one that work : SM-T818A.
I went to combination firmware to realise that the device does not have oem unlock at all.
I'm a bit lost now I don't know how I can Remvoe the FRP (google).
Hi all I try to look in the forum but I didn't saw a appropriate issue for my case.
So I am here today to try to find a answer to my question
I Have a Samsung S2 tab with me that is FRP lock by google.
I try to bypass it with the google maps "Glitch" but since it's Androdi 7.0 I don't have the "feed" enable for some reason.
So I tried to downloaded Different T818 Combination Firmware but none seem to work.
I check online for Compatible Firmware but I don't understand.
If it's possible to help me get this FRP bypass by giving me a compatible Combination firmware I will be really happy. Or any other method.
Thank you a lot.
