Same with me but it's only 2,4 GHz wifi that doesn't work but 5 GHz does work
Looks like an incorrect boot.img issue to me
Did you root your phone without TWRP method (from Magisk Manager app)? Then flashing the correct boot.img for your ROM version should solve the issue.
And if nothing works, you can flash stock ROM & start afresh, as suggested by @[GS]

Well then it sounds like you shouldn't use that rom
To get your phone working again, you should restore the stock rom. After that, you can try other custom roms until you find one that works.

2 place on to sd card
3 boot into twrp..
4 make backup of exiting rom
5 to a typiclal wipe (personally i did full wipe including internal memory to make sure of no conflicts)
6 install rom
7 reboot
8 open superuser app download app and install through twrp
9 reboot and bingo Bobs your Uncle
thanks to Prucho for his original work
I will be following this upin a few days with the rooted jmz version of this rom also deodexed...

with a deodexed rom it makes it much easier for removing of apps for instance i was able to get rid of nearly all the htc apps, twitter and facebook... when i originally tried to do it with rom toolbox before it would only uninstall the updates and still leave the original app... also with this it should conceivably be easier to start porting roms to our phone...

I dont know truth be told.. there are some differences between the at&t model and the eu model... so i wouldn't advise trying it but.. i do know that some people who have the eu model have flash the at&t rom successfully... as always I can't take any responsibility for any problems occur from flashing it..

Does anybody know how to root and use a rom on this phone?
I unlocked the bootloader but the next steps for flashing are unknown for me.
I want to know which files i need to use or download, like the TWRP , The most stable rom version. and if is there some files to root the device.
Thanks in advance.

Amazing ! Thanks , That´s What I was looking for. I will follow those steps, I was stuck in the TWRP logo, it was like a loop and it didn´t continue with its options, I dunno why, but I m going to do it again by flashing with Twrp , .
Currently I´m using the latest Evolution rom but my cellphone is getting slow sometimes so Im gonna use another custom rom and test how it works .
Thanks again !
