I'm using Fold F900F
In windows 10 .
I tired to enter download / bootloader mode using VOL_Up + VOL_DOWN and plug the usb cable into device, but it doesn't work ( the charging icon appears on device screen ) .
I tried to use adb command and I could enter to download mode but the step of unlocking the bootloader is not appearing ( only I can use it to flash new firmware using odin )
When I tired to use adb reboot bootloader it takes me to download mode
then I used fastboot devices nothing appears ( only when I use adb devices the device appears )
so any solution to unlock bootloader for F900F ?
No one can help ?
wow i surprised no one responded to you yet. So if you want to use your odin. Your download mode is your boorloader mode. (Your ODIN will work if you in download mode)

Hi,
I had flashed the NexusXperia ROM on my Nexus S just recently. After trying it out I restored the stock ICS 4.0.4....
For some reason the phone keeps on showing the HD bootscreen continously without starting up....
I thought of clearing the dalvik and re-installing via restore however now that it's not got any recovery neither is it being detected on my pc....
I remember deactivating the USB debugging mode and probably this could be the reason it's not being detected....
Is there a way to flash recovery without debugging mode switched ON or is there a way to simply switch ON the USB debugging mode from bootloader screen....
ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED ON THIS....
I have tried on windows 7 as well as on Ubuntu....but the device is not detected....thanks in advance.....

On the Nexus S, holding Volume Up while turning on the power will load the bootloader and from there you should be able to use fastboot to install a custom recovery using fastboot. You should not need USB debugging enabled for this to work.

The phone is in the bootloader mode and fastboot doesn't detect it? Sounds like it is completely broken then, your only option may be the UnBrickable Mod: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1566475

Which mode is it ? Fastboot or Download....?

Fastboot is the mode you need to be in for fastboot.exe to detect the phone. Put it into that mode and try to flash the recovery with fastboot.exe using the command you posted above.
I have HUAWEI P smart. I am searching for a firmware for flash my phone.

When i power on the device it Stops at mi verification page (see Photos)
both the sim inesrted Then also it is showing plese insert sim(may be this problem solves when I login to mi account But unable to login mi account from this error)
1)iam unable to enter edl mode from adb cmd (Usb debugging is not turned on because this error not allow to access phone)2)EDL mode from Fastboot mod(fastboot cmd) also not working. cmd shows waiting for device (all the driver all installed correctly)
3)unable to enter EDL mode from After diconnect & connecting battery connect computer with volume button pressed together
(last time i enter EDL mode From this type That time mobile is soft bricked)
bootloader Unlocking also stuck at 50% showing Couldn't verify Device this problem is from when i purchesed this mobile

If your bootloader was unlocked earlier, long press volume down + power buttons, phone will boot in fastboot. Using XiaoMiFlash tool flash global stable or dev miui fastboot rom

did you already try below tools, last time this tool help me to enter edl directly from fastboot. (softbrick in fastboot mode)

hi there, I have a xiaomi device that only goes in fastboot mode. Putting out of fastboot results in a reboot and after that black screen.
-No way to flash with miflash because it needs your phone to be unlocked.
- i cant put the phone in edl because usb debugging needs to be on and i cant go in settings.
phone got detected by my pc when in fastboot mode
What to do now???

I don't see any other way, my opinion is that you should unlock it.

unlock is not possible because you need to put on usb debugging and oem unlock in developer settings but my phone dont start up.

I use box to go to stock but it still dont have download mode and fastboot .What can i do ?. My phone now have bootloader unlocked but i cant instal twrp because i cant access download mode or fastboot on us998.

So you are saying that you get the warning about having an unlocked bootloader, but you can't boot to fastboot? That doesn't make sense...
With the phone off, hold vol down and plug in the USB cable -- what do you get?

What exact tips did you fallow?

When i plug cable to go to download mode , it always turn to Charge Screen. I cant get into mainscreen, it's bootlooping after a few second on setup screen ( after flasf US998)

Have decided to root my phone with Adb and fastboot devices in Windows 10 and also installed drivers sucessfully and i can se my phone in cmd when i type fastboot devices.
Have unlock the bootloader in the phone and Enabled USB failure search in Advanced settings in developers mode.
When i loaded the Twrp file in cmd with adb i could copy and write the file to my fastboot device but when i reboot the phone into bootloader i se that download mode are disabled.
How can you unlock download mode ?
When i try to reboot into recovery mode i get the Android bot with a red triangle into it.
Im guessing that happens for i dont have download mode enabled and im wounder is the Twrp file on my phone or have that setting stopped this process?
