Podem me ajudar? Fui apenas reiniciar meu celular e o mesmo ficou num boot infinito na tela om os dizeres Zenfone e as bolinhas rodando como se estivesse processando, porém não sai disso. Já tentei o hard reset, porém sem sucesso. Já tentei baixando a room oficial no site da Asus e tentando instalar ela pelo microsd, porém também sem sucesso. Podem me ajudar, estou desesperado, não sei o que fazer.

Bom galera, estou com um problemão. Eu usava a rom Cyanogenmod 12, baseada em android 5.1 no Galaxy S3, e esses dias apareceu uma atualização, e instalei sem me lembrar que a Cyanogenmod 13 é baseada em android 6.0, e eu precisaria instalar o Gapps certo... Aí fiz a atualização e começou aqueles erros "google play service parou." aí baixei o gapps 6.0 e fui tentar instalar pelo recovery, mas não consegui, já que ele tem que ser instalado logo após a rom. Aí a solução foi dar factory reset e instalar a rom e o gapps na sequência correta. Só que ao dar o "wipe data", apareceu "E: Failed to stat /data/data/org.cyanogenmod.audiofx", e não apagou os dados, quando reiniciei continuava tudo lá do mesmo jeito. Agora tô desesperado, pq fica aparecendo a cada 5 segundos a msg de erro do play services, e não abre nada do google. Já desinstalei esse audiofx, mas quando reinicia ele ressurge das cinzas e tá lá de novo. Existe algum outro modo de dar o hard reset?? Obrigado!
Estou com um LG P715 e ele esta apresentando alguns problemas, e não consigo resolver de maneira alguma.
*Ele liga, fica uns minutinhos ligado e reinicia.
*Sempre que reinicia, toda e qualquer alteração feita nele volta ao normal, aplicativos baixados/deletados, logs e todo o resto.
*Ele não aceita hard reset, seja pelas configurações ou pelas teclas, ao chegar no rôbozinho ele apaga e o celular liga normalmente.
*Tentei instalar outra ROM para ver se resolvia, mas ele simplesmente nega a aceitar, continua rodando o android atual.
*Tentei dar flash nele, mas o mesmo da anterior, simplesmente é como se nada tivesse acontecido.
Eu não sei mais o que fazer com ele, já revirei todos fóruns possíveis e nada, queria saber se alguém poderia me ajudar de alguma forma, pois tá difícil.

I followed the forum xda for a long time as a visitor I always found solutions to my problems here but now the situation complicated and I had to do this post
I have a Galaxy win duos (GT-I8552b) also known as Grand Quattro
It was in softbrick it did not start the android anymore it went into download mode so I downloaded a rom and went to the odim just like anyone else would. And then it was there that my dilemma began in the middle of the process an error occurred I tried to start again without restarting the device more without success so I had to take and put the battery of the device only when I did this automatically I left the device in hardbrick (in lay terms No bios or no bootloader so to speak). Connecting the device to the computer recognized a device without driver. To install the driver and it appeared cualcomm hs-usb qdloader 9008 until then I know that I have to reinstall the bios / bootloader in the device again for some type of flashtools I already did it in a motorcycle and a moto x2 with hardbrick more for that device in question Samsung the GT-i8552b I can not find anything on the internet to download and do the procedure so I came here to ask the help of the friends that several times have already saved me! I hope you can help me.

Tenho um Galaxy win duos (GT-I8552b) conhecido também por Grand Quattro
ele estava em softbrick não iniciava o android mais entrava no modo download então baixei uma rom e fui para o odim como qualquer pessoa faria. E então foi ai que começou meu dilema no meio do processo ocorreu um erro tentei iniciar novamente sem reiniciar o aparelho mais sem sucesso então tive que tirar e colocar a bateria do aparelho só que quando fiz isso automaticamente deixei o aparelho em hardbrick (em termos leigos sem bios ou sem bootloader por assim dizer). Conectando o aparelho no computador reconhecia um dispositivo mais sem driver. Conseguir instalar o driver e apareceu qualcomm hs-usb qdloader 9008 ate ai beleza sei que tenho que reinstalar a bios/bootloader no aparelho novamente por algum tipo de flashtools já fiz isso em um moto g e um moto x2 com hardbrick mais para esse aparelho em questão da samsung o GT-i8552b não encontro nada na internet pra baixar e fazer o procedimento então vim aqui pedir a ajuda dos amigos que varias vezes já me salvaram! espero que possam me ajudar.

passe a rom para um cartao de memoria ou pen drive e instala com essa twrp , ela vai reconhecer a rom e vai instalar normalmente . Baixe a rom no site da asus
pass the rom to a memory card or flash drive and install with this twrp, it will recognize the rom and will install normally. Download the rom from asus website
