Hey guys
Last week I had lost my xb90
So now I am looking around for a new headset i found these three
1- Sony MDR-NC31
2- Sony MDR-NC750
3- Sony Xba-a1ap
I had never try the Digital Noise Canceling headset so i am just confused about them..
Can anyone tell me that there is any difference in terms of sound quality between Sony NC31 and NC750..
Specially after updating to (MM 6.0) because Sony clams that NC750 will support Hi-Res audio..
Please reply
Thanks..
Hi everyone!
I've started this thread for everyone to share which headphones are you using (as the title say) and your sound experience with them.
Actually I'm using the mee audio m6p
http://www.meeaudio.com/M6P-CL/
And this sounds very well for my taste
I'd like to see your replies and experiences :good:
Currently with stock earphones (MH410c) they are not that good, but they get the job done. Also I have tried Samsung Galaxy S6 earphones, they are much better
Sent from my E2303 Using Tapatalk
Right now XTZ EarPhone 12 Quallity brand quallity is on par with premium earphones, love them so much http://www.xtzsound.eu/product/earphone-12
been using Sennheiser MM30G for a year
Sony MH 750
Microsoft Audio headphones

Xiaomi Pro HD (Hybrid)

tried out them and the Piston V2,
is it normal that NO sound control works on the M4 Aqua ?
Or are special headphones needed ? (e.g. headphone designed for "Apple" / iPhone)
currently running latest Marshmallow ROM (stock kernel + stock ROM)

I think is something on the headphones like a config on the conector.
It's like a comuncation protocol.
SOMIC V4 Double Drivers.
They're alright.
Hi
Im using LG quadbeat 3 (its from LG g4) and Motorola earbuds 2, booth sounds supreme. I cant post the links
KZ AS10, NiceHCK NX7
after taking some time to take a look at the installed apps and disabling lots of components of the ROM sound doesn't randomly set itself (on its own !) to max volume anymore,
also it doesn't randomly stop the music anymore.
So it clearly was some component wreaking havoc
finally it can be used as a music player (or backup phone) :good:
The noise floor is a bit high though (with sensitive earphones or BA [balanced armature] ones)
Hi, tell me, is there any specialists who can extract Dolby Atmos from the firmware for Lenovo K8? (It was updated to Android Oreo) and ported to our device. Maybe it will work on custom firmware 8.1 ... The only problem is that there is installed MTK Helio X25 ... Or is this not a problem?
Link to the Lenovo K8 firmware.

most of the oreo roms are now stable and so a proper Dolby Mod is greatly needed now. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could try that. Speakers and the sound quality of our devices is one of the great things so its development should be done by the developers.

But as you see, no one cares about the quality sound on the device, most are satisfied with a squeak in the speakers, from which the blood from the ears is coming.
that hurts, in my case I'm very interested in the sound of the speakers, that's why I do not like to fear a rom, that squeak and bad quality when listening to music tells me to be in the rom stock 6.0
I'm using this dolby atmos on AEX 5.1 n it's working for sounds but not for Dolby's app (got fc)
it doesn't matter since im using player pro with nice equaliser stuff to set it up...
just try it bro... :fingers-crossed:
If u need a sound mod. Viper4arise is really good.

Just received my freebuds ordered through AliExpress. First impressions are comfortable, very secure and sound good for Bluetooth. Haven't had a problem with any dropouts yet but I've only used in work and a bit in the car on the way home. Had to stop using in the car as isolation was too good for safe driving. All in all I'm happy with them.
Got myn to last night..they are magnificant very comfy and neat
Too bad i hot robbed of my p20pro and will probably get another one next week hope so
Thought, oh they look nice.
Looks at the price and moves on.

The apple original ones that cost more than these or £20-£30 knock-offs available on Amazon? Not a fan of the hard plastic earpiece, bass response is really improved when you get a proper seal which isn't really possible without some sort of flexible tip unless apple used your inner ear to model their airpods shape.
Hi, just got my freebuds and paired it with my P20 pro but it says that the bluetooth headset is not supported. Functionality wise, it is working. But i don't see any aptx support. Any idea how to test?

As ch1lko said above you need to enable developer options to see what modes are usable, unfortunately for me its only SBC as selecting anything else just keeps SBC active. May be a bug in the .110 (C782) firmware I'm stuck on. If anyone else has a later version and the freebuds can they check if at least AAC can be selected as that is meant to be supported by the freebuds? One encouraging sign is the Huawei Freebuds app which can update the firmware in the earbuds, with a bit of luck it may be possible to support some lossless codecs in a future update.

Hi, I am already in developer mode but it seems that that option of selecting the desired codec is not available. It just stick to SBC mode regardless what codec i select.

Hi shuflie, I am on .120 (C636) firmware but is facing the same issue. Let see if .130 or .131 firmware does solve the issue?? The freebuds are currently on the latest firmware from my last check. Let's hope this issue can be resolved soon. Have email Huawei on this but is not getting an answer.

Dolby Atmos is supported only with wired headphones. I'm with fw 128 and this is how the phone shows my bt headphones that supports aptX.
Also when I play music I can change the codec through Dev options and the difference in sound quality is quite noticeable between SBC and aptX.

Unfortunately it looks like SBC is the only mode available for the P20 Pro and the freebuds unless they release an update for either the freebuds to support one of the following aptX™, aptX™ HD, LDAC or HWA; or they add ACC into the supported codecs for the P20 pro. The list of codes are the one officially supported according to the Huawei website, strange that they would announce freebuds at the same time as the P20 Pro and only support each other on the lowest Bluetooth audio codec.

Hi Shuflie, agreed. Nothing we can do but to wait out for this to be issued.
Anyone else having issues with bluetooth audio shuttering? My left earbud would constantly drop the stream

Good for you! We will have to wait for huawei to come out with a updated firmware for the buds to enable the aptx codec at the very least.

If this HUAWEI Sport Headphones support aptx, i see no reason why the free buds do not.

I didn't know there was an app, thank you! I currently have the same problem and I am on .128 CLT-L09. Downloaded the app and it says I have the latest firmware for my FreeBuds. I hope this problem can be resolved in the future.

I believed this is the current firmware on the freebuds.
Update is here. AAC codec is enabled now.
got mine today and tried immediatly to update.
It failed at about 83% and now left earbud does not work. Just won´t respond. And the App also cannot find the Buds to do the update again.
Tried it a few times and with a second phone and no success.
Anyone here any tipp maybe?
Resseting Connection and reset the freebuds did not change anything :/

Speakers hardware is great
But they make it too low
You must use any volume booster to make it amazing
I hope it had Dolby atmos support
