Has anyone been testing the beta as your daily driver? Does it still drains the battery fast?
Have they fix the the issue with the dark themes not working?
I see that the latest beta was updated on 11.1 I'm still on 9.1.0.142 (C605 update)

Your Miui lite version is very fast, expecting the latest update.
Because I got restart and WLD sometimes.
Hi XDA,
I wanted to ask if I should update to MIUI 10.1.1.0.NCFMIFI Global Nightly Stable Build which is released as an OTA
Any review?
afaik it is not anymore nightly but its a public release. both recovery and fastboot rom are now available
Camera 2api isn't working in this... None of the third party camera apps are working :/
Help! My hair is falling out!
Flashing 9.0 Pie ROMs on Xiaomi mi 8 Lite results in sound not working on device. Which means no games, no YouTube, no functionality
However flashing the 8.1 Oreo ROMs are fine
I'm guessing this is a simple issue I'm encountering. Can anybody help enlighten me to where I am going wrong or what the issue is?
I'm using twrp and roms from this xda mi 8 lite forum if it is of any relevance
Thank you

I Installed the MIUI BETA build on 9.0 Pie, updated MIUI fully, then reflashed TWRP and installed a 9.0 Custom ROM
and I have working sound. :good:

Good to know. I just got my phone this past Monday and am awaiting the bootloader unlock. I did see that some of the custom ROMs did mention, you must come from a Pie OS before flashing. Guess now I know why. Thanks!

MIUI Beta on Pie for Mi 8 lite? Where did you get beta based on Pie?? China Beta maybe?

Henlo everyone, I have a question about made a Rollback from Miui 11 to Miui 10 in Mi 8 Lite global, I update the smartphone but I do not like this update, especially since the cell phone overheats and the battery drains quickly.
Anyway, I would like to know if there is no problem if I downgrade the cell phone by installing the Rom stock with Miui 10.
I think you can install it with the xiaomiflash app, you can download it from their site
By the way, you are not the only one, I am running Xiaomi.eu miui 11 on my mi 8 lite, and it's lagging as hell. I suggest you to wait for an update, and if it doesn't fix these issues, than go back to miui 10. I will do as I said too
Update:
It looks like they have released a fix for the lags, battery draining and other things. You should update, for me, it works perfectly

Has anyone tried the new xiaomi eu betas on Android 11? Could you give us an idea about their stability and battery life? And is battery life better on the betas generally?
