Is it a Hisense Sero 7 lite?
Either way I recommend trying the second tool in this post, the Impactor tool:

If Impactor says successful then you will just need to install SuperSU from play Store and you are good to go! If by chance it does not work, let me know and I know of a few other methods you can try. Good luck!
Impactor works on both the pro and the lite versions according to the guys that used it in this other thread

Xda actually has a full video method on their Youtube page where they help you with it. They did it with the honor 8 but you can use it as a guide for almost all phones. I used it for my Honor 5x.
I think its called * rooting and installing xposed on honor 8 * or something. You can skip the xposed part tho

This method linked above will not work for the 4060W. I got ahold of one and have yet to find a working method.
