According to Xiaomi India, MIUI 11 "might" get out of beta on 16.10.2019.
On a personnal note, I don't believe the Mi 9 will receive the update first since there are now several models already on MIUI 11.
Aside from the A series without MIUI (Android One), I won't ever touch a Mi phone in the near future.
The ROM building is a disaster, the Mi 9 is en route to being updated last, EEA ROM still having notifications problems...

That's the same date what xiaomi is advertising since 2 days so it should be possible. And if you dont like the Stock Rom, switch to xiaomi.eu. All Bugs from Stock are not present there and if you dont follow the Installation Tips from most users you will never have any problems. Btw. Use lrteam twrp and not maronofrio. Even if its included in the xiaomi.eu Rom just Flash lrteam twrp after flashing the Rom and everything else you need. Its allways based on latest China beta (without bloadware and ads) All features are opend to every body even without a xiaomi Account. You allways get the latest Android Version, security Patch and miui Version that are existing. Sometimes you have to wait a week for a security Patch but thats nearly Pixel Niveau. For example Android 10 was there a few months ago (without Bugs) miui 11 is there for two weeks now (without Bugs) you get weekly Updates. And with magisk and/or xposed you can change the whole System as you want it even like Stock Android (except for the settings App). Xiaomi.eu is the allround Rom for everybody who likes to mod his System as Hard as you can(just if you want tofor sure) and stay up to Date with a Rock stable System. Just dont Listen to the dozend users Posting their bugs/problems on xiaomi.eu forum or here on xda, 99% of These problems are in Front of the Display and not behind it. If you need some instructions, Flash latest lrteam twrp (1001) Flash latest xiaomi.eu Rom (10.10.) Flash magisk (if you want to) and if you want allways working Backups (even over different Android Versions and different twrps) remove encryption (included in twrp "advanced" (rm force encrypt) ). After that just Flash lrteam twrp img again (just from within twrp) because xiaomi.eu Rom Installation will over write it. A very clear write-up. I appreciate your time and efforts. I am using MIUI 11 (lastest version released last friday) and it is working very fuild smooth and also no bloatwares. I have customised to my taste and works better. I like xiaomi mi 9 for the simplicity in modding ourselves.
Are they releasing Global and EEA ROM in the same time or EEA ROM will came a little bit later after Global ROM?

Sorry, but that's just not correct.
You are right in the fact that some, or most, of the bugs in the stock ROM are not on Xiaomi.eu ROM, but it's a trade-off, you trade some bugs for other bugs and for some other stupid ideas from the developers.
Xiaomi.eu developers hard mod the ROM themselves, a lot of stupid choices going on there. For instance, the developers thought it is a good idea to remove the Message notification option from the settings, because they think SMS messages are just like any other notification, and their advice, if you want to have a different sound for SMS notification, is to go to App Info and modify from there. Of course, that DOES NOT WORK, the sound gets reset to default notification sound every single time, but they don't fix that or restore the freaking option in settings. And the list can go on and on.
Also, the stock apps are a mess, because they are not really the Global ones, but not Chinese versions either, they are also modded by the developers of Xiaomi.eu, so they work like crap or not at all in some cases. Forget about updating them, there is no way to do that unless you install the APK directly and then, in most cases, they works even worse.
Basically, xiaomi.eu is a pain to live with, it might be nice for those who just use the phone to look fancy and to take a few pictures, but if you actually USE the phone, it's crap.
That being said, the Stock ROM is no joy either, it gets updated once every 3-6 months and basically, like 10% of the features and fixes from the defunct Global Beta make it to the Global Stable. So yeah...for short, Xiaomi can make great phones, but they make crap ROM and there are no decent options of a good ROM, in my opinion.

No sense, I'm on Xiaomi.eu ROM, and guess what, choose miui 10 with Android 9.
Less bugs, way more stable.

Any Android 10 supported Rom for Umidigi One Pro?
Apparently there is, and at least two articles point to it. I already have TWRP and Eragon2.5 (based on Android 8.1) installed, but I found myself having to do a restore. I don't know whether I needed a later version of TWRP (I have 3.2.3), or if another one exists.

I had to uncompress it to the img file because the version of TWRP I have doesn't recognise xz as a valid compressed file. When I installed it, it rebooted to a bootloop.
Yeah tried many. Using ArrowOS 9 at the moment. Working perfectly. No 10 worked for me as well. Just stuck at bootloop

Arrow OS 9 Seems to have best battery life out of all. Security patches are of Jan 2020.
NFC does not work, cam is ****ty. Sometimes UI errors (in Arrow OS 10) but can fix by installing some other launcher and Gapps. After restart time and date goes incorrect unless you are connected to internet. and Gifs become glitchy.
As of now the best Rom i can tell for Umidigi One Pro is AncientOS-CIVILIZATION-v3.7. There is 3.8 out there but that does not work. No issues other than bad cam, nfc and time incorrect problem.

Also with AncientOS-CIVILIZATION-v3.7 you can get latest security patches installed within rom.
I'm trying to get Android 10 on my One Pro, all the AOSP builds won't boot (stuck in Android boot screen). Am I using the wrong ones, I have been trying "a-only", "arm" variants ?

I tried tons of different Android 10 ROMs on the Umidigi One Pro, the only one that worked so far is the v204 of @phhusson, but for some reason only 8GB of memory are accessible (out of 64). Did I do something wrong ?

I own a Xiaomi MI 10 with the latest stable MIUI 12 EU ROM,
since I did the update from MIUI 11 I am having problems in pairing the phone with the VW e-UP infotaiment system (called Composition Phone).
In practice, once paired after a few seconds it uncouples and then after a while retry a new pairing which after another few seconds it disconnects and so on ..
I tried all the developer settings a bit but they didn't help.
I also noticed that going to the bluetooth devices of the phone, if I tap on the name of the infotainmet just before the automatic procedure starts, then the pairing is successful and no longer disconnects.
Anyone have the same problem with a VW? is there a solution? I also installed Magisk, is it possible to patch the bluetooth libraries?

I am waiting for xiaomi to give me the code to unlock the bootloader and I will go back to the UMIGlobal_V12.0.1.0.QJBMIXM which worked perfectly for me.

Great! it's nice to know you're not alone where are you from?
I can tell you that I tried the latest EU ROM and it didn't work, but the EU compared to the global one has several nice features more. Since you have to unlock I advise you not to put the global again.
Before downgrading I would like to try the ROM EU weekly which if I have not misunderstood is based on the MIUI 12.5 beta, but for the moment I have not yet done so ..

Even the weekly does not work
I finally managed to solve the problem with the ROM
xiaomi.eu_multi_MI10_V12.0.8.0.QJBCNXM_v12-10.zip
which also works very well .. In any case I begin to think that it does not depend on the MIUI version, but on the version of android. I think the bluetooth management problems are due to android 11.
A bit late but have you tried changing the Bluetooth protocols in developer settings? You can change the version etc..
I have a new e-UP since yesterday.. same problem here with MIUI 12.5.1.0 on Poco F3.
Any solution without downgrading the rom? (MIUI 12.0.5.0 is also Android 11 on F3)
I think i will go for a Custom Rom in the next few days..
Does the latest Maps+More update changes anything? It says "Android 11 compatibility"..

For me this problem is still alive. I'm running a VW E-Up also and since updating to MIUI 12 my car bluetooth is unusable as it constantly connects and disconnects to my M10 every 5 seconds or so. I've experimented with many settings changes, along with unpairing and re pairing but all to no avail.
I'm running 'Maps and More' ver 5.0.0 also but it's useless as I can't stay connected long enough to do anything with it.
Has anyone found a fix without downgrading?

I have similar issue since version later than 12.5.3. I even changed my phone to other xiaomi model, the issue remains.
So I will flash back to 12.5.3 if the issue cannot be solved in 3 months...
Now I have to turn on and off airplane mode to temporarily solve the issue every time I need to use Bluetooth related functions.

Idk if the Bluetooth is the same but I got the skoda citigo with the Garmin device. Had the same issue. The resolution for me was to activate developpers options and change the Bluetooth Codecs to what my GPS device supports as it was way older than the one build in my redmi note 11
My perfect solution: I deactivated the work profile, and eveything is fine again!
I tried every single rom so far, GPS is totally ****ed , it locks and everything, but it isn't accurate at all and google maps while driving is insane and keeps stuttering and moving me all over the map .
is it hardware related ?

I would imagine this is just an issue with generic ROMs not being properly customised for this device, as this behaviour is tricky for ROMs to get right. You'll only be able to tell if it's a hardware issue or not by going back to stock and seeing if it still happens.

Once I went back to stock rom, the problem didn't show up, so i think it is problem with not customised Rom for my phone

I had Miui 13 based on Android 11 (Europe version)

i already have a13 and i have following problems:
-miracast
-offline charging (question Mark inside battery icon)
-lagging even in 90hz. I already fixed that disabling HW overlays in treble settings. I had one GSI that didn't require to disable these overlays, so it's suspicious to me
-No LTE+ (just LTE, in stock it just works)
-screen recording
I don't know any other bugs, I already didn't discovered any other

Yep, i tried derpfest, it was Perfect but bluetooth audio wasnt working, so i switched back superior os
yep. sad but true.. the best working gsi on this phone is evolution. all nescessary things working. new security patch. and new treble patches implemented.
