Android quota removed. (Easy back 7.x ROMs)
Make sure you have a custom recovery installed(TWRP is the preferred recovery)
Boot into recovery
Wipe system, data, cust, cache partitions
Flash Lineage Unofficial Test Rom (sideload or copy SD)
Flash Google Apps package(Optional)
Flash Magisk Root(Optional)
Reboot (If TWRP warn that there is no system, it doesn't matter, go reboot.)
First boot may take up to 1-3 minutes.

Result test
First In flash I see lineage 17 gsi have bug camera and flashlight :
fix from phhusson in thread lineage 17 gsi :
1) Find /system/etc/ld.config.XX.txt (where XX is the SDK version your vendor corresponds to - e.g. 8.1 vendor is SDK 27)
2) Find the line "namespace.vndk.links = system,default"
3) Append ",runtime" to the end of it, so it becomes "namespace.vndk.links = system,default,runtime"
4) Save and reboot
Thanks to all who brought up the issue and @phhusson for quickly identifying the cause / giving a fix!
after apply Fix I see its not fixed in this ugglite ...
log error is : 3396 W CameraBase: CameraService not published, waiting... 11-23 22:39:18.246 3396 3396 I ServiceManager: Waiting for service 'media.camera' on '/dev/binder'... 11-23 22:39:18.340 611 611 I chatty : uid=1047(cameraserver) /system/bin/cameraserver expire 22 lines
always error media.camera in dev/binder
Also flashed other gsi v204 base phh for see ( havoc) , error is same and log issue is same
good news all rom pie ugglite have in fpc screen : bug brithness screen , I see its fixed here :laugh:
but dt2w no work here
