Hello everybody ,
So here is my problem my phone ( IRIS VOX 4 an mtk processor phone) for some reason wasn't running good , so I decided to
flash it with sp tool flash ( with a firmware that works good already tested it previously on the same phone ) ,
now the phone doesn't wanna boot , when I'm pressing the power button nothing happens .
I tried :
- format all + download
- download the preloader and the other parts
- download the boot and uboot then the other parts
nothing worked ,
If anybody can help to fix the problem he is more than welcomed
( I have another question too , if I can flash my phone doesn't it mean that the problem doesn't come from hardware?)

When I was trying to flash new baseband ( P500-v20G-baseband ) on my optimus one the usb driver disconnect ( Means that there has been a problem I have a computer ) When the device is the emergency mode .
Now Device is stuck , I can't Access to recovery mode or even Flash Original rom from KDS Flasher .
What is the solution please help.

Thank you, I have found a way to resolve the problem myself this time .
You just by pressing the return (Back) key + volume up key When the phone is off & put the usb cable in same time then I managed to enter into the Emergency mode & Flash Original rom (Custom Rom) By used KDZ ROM Flasher .

Yesterday i install recovery on my 4033x by flashify (recovery file img) . Recovery didn't work . When i hold Power + vol up phone is start and logo flashes all time .... But its not a problem . When i turn on phone , i install xposed ... and i've got bootloop ;( I haven't got backup stock rom How can i unbrick phone ? Phone isn't mine ;(

I own an Alcatel Pop C1 that is stuck on the Operator Logo.
The phone starts normal , it passed the android logo animation but after that it stucks on the Operator Logo.
The phone is not rooted or has a custom recovery.
I hard reset'd the phone for over 4 times and no result.Also I tryed to spam the volume buttons method to see if the phone can get in the safe mode but had no result on this situation either.
I tryed almous all methods. I readed about adb push , to put a cutom rom , but I dont quite understand how to make it.
Methods tryed till now :
- Button spam for Safemode ( Didnt Work )
- Factory Reset ( Didnt work )
- Alcatel Mobile Upgrade S 4.1.1 ( Latest Version )
- SP Flash Tool v3.1344.0.212 ( Phone cannot be seen by the tool in bootloop state or recovery mode )
Need some advice on what to do .

I have the same problem.
It will only boot to Alcatel boot screen but no further. My customer said it lost power in the middle of the update.
I have downloaded also the Alcatel Mobile Upgrade S 4.1.1. and it starts the process gets to the third step where it is about to load the image on to the phone then it says there is a problem with the image. I went though the process of removing the batter as the directions say then reconnecting and it goes though the same process with the same error saying there is a problem with the image.
I have tried the same things as you as well and they have not worked.
-Factory reset and safe mode.
Safe mode only shows a black screen but the computer recognizes the phone.
I am going to try to see if I can find a custom rom and flash it and then possibly restore it back to factory. I will let you know if I find anything that works.

i have a amicom nyx from a friend ( mt6572 )
At first the phone seems to boot loop . the android logo show sometimes. but never fully boot .
In a windows machine it usb detect then disconnect then connect then disconnect in a loop. most of the time the logo doesn't appear.
its very hard nearly impossible to to access the recovery menu to do a hard reset , ive been there once or twice but the phone reboot on me
i manage to flash it whit the firmware . whit an old version of sp flash
but after a 100 % successful flash i am exactly and the same status.
is it a defect button ? or a virus ? or else. i am a little lost now.

Hi guys , i got 2 problems :
- My phone doesnt reboot , it just turns off
- Whenever i install custom recovery , the next time i reboot into recovery the phone goes in fastboot mode .
