I am having trouble finding exactly what the OnePlus launcher is using for the Google update page. I want to set that up using Nova launcher. Anyone know how I can do that?
To clarify what I mean, when you use OnePlus launcher and swipe right there is a full update page with Google news, sports, weather etc all in a beautiful view like my screenshot.

It's only t mobile specific, and it's built into your OnePlus launcher as far as I know, was on the 6t

Oh man that sucks! I love that page! I wish I would love the Oneplus launcher as well but its just missing too many basic features.

So I had a pixel xl and loved the live earth wallpaper. I know it was possible to get them on the s7. Does anyone know if it'll be possible to get them on the s8? I'd assume kind of the same process as the s7
They should work since the S8 is on Nougat.

This is a great question. My only gripe with the s8 is the stupid resolution.

For the TS, make sure you grab the ARM64 version - I accidentally grabbed the other one and the Earth one would not work and kept crashing
So I'm lost downloading this. I tried to download one it installed. But I can't find out how to open it?
Just got it. I had to download nova to find the wallpapers then switched back to touch wiz
What I did. Was downloaded the live earth wallpaper from XDA then downloaded Apex launcher. Used that to get the live wallpaper on. After I uninstalled Apex launcher and the wallpaper was still there after I uninstalled the app

I was going crazy trying to find downloaded live wallpapers from the play Store. Guess samsung is trying to cockblock play store wallpapers.
I used the wallpaper app from Google to set the installed Pixel live wallpaper

The earth wallpaper looks great on the S8+ screen by the way.
It works. But you only see half a planet.

It should zoom in and out. It won't always be on half of the planet. I got mine up now with no problems. Just like when I had my pixel

Download arm 64 and install. Then download a new launcher from the play store. Use that launcher to change the wallpaper and then you can switch back to touchwiz of you would like.

Hello everyone,
Does anybody know if there is a working version of LG's most recent Home apk? I like LG's email app and widget more than the Outlook app and widget, but I want the ability to slide up for the app drawer, and the Google Feed off to the left. Any help would be appreciated. Love the work everyone does around here!

I don't use those apps but i can slide up for apps and left for google news. But you are right i guess
I realize nobody will care, but the new home apk is on apkmirror, and the combo of that and the pixel experience theme does what I ask it to flawlessly!

I didn't do anything special to turn gestures on, I just had them turned on before installing Nova.

By using gestures with any 3rd party launcher, swiping up (without holding) goes to recent apps for me. It's not happening to you?

Is there any chance to force the round icon shape on one ui 2.1?
The standard shape looks childish to me and I can't seem to find any good icon pack on the galaxy theme store .

Yeah but they suck. Only a few apps have the correct shape,the other ones have a white background and the normal shape.

check out LetitBe minimalist icon pack on Google play, best I've found, i use it with Nova. and for icons that dont have icons I just select one thats nice and funky.
In developer options under theme settings any colour i set nothing happend, anyone know how is work? Thanks.

There are lots of icons packs that work with nova,but I use the stock launcher because I use gestures.
you can try Hex installer https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=project.vivid.hex.bodhi&hl=en
there are a few pixel/Q plugins you can apply that give most rounded icons.. among other things

im runnin 12.5.7. Id love to be able to use gestures but, if its not working, its fine. Id just rather use Nova over the MiUi launcher.

In the Prime version you'll have gestures while in the free version you are stuck with nav bar buttons actions. Also for some features to work you have to set it up as default launcher app.
doesnt work for me just keeps closing.

The fact that you don't know how to use it doesn't prove something, or do you think that there is not out there a whole world of minds that can do this simple thing to cross the hands? OP asked if Nova Launcher can be used on China ROM and of course, definitely that it can be used, that it might be done through some workaround doesn't mean that it can't.
The fact that the UI with its native/stock launcher restricts the capabilities of Nova or other launcher is a totally different thing, OP didn't ask if Nova works flawlessly or for some specific feature. It is known the restrictions from China for third-party apps (no matter what for) to work properly.
