Welcome!
Please read the complete OP in order to understand this mod.
Some important information:
There won't be an UI or any other tuneable to configure anything for this mod [no color changing / no repeating]
EdgeLighting / HorizionLights will light up once per notification
Flash via Magisk only / Flash via TWRP will fail
Requirements:
Device: OnePlus6 [OnePlus6T version here]
ROM: OxygenOS 10.3.*
Magisk: Magisk v20.4
Settings: Ambient display notifications must be enabled [Settings - Display - Ambient Display - New notifications]
I'm providing two different versions of this mod:
'normal' : EdgeLighting / HorizonLights only [outdated]
_black-qs: EdgeLighting / HorizonLights + black statusbar / notification backgrounds [on dark system theme]

Installation:
Flash the mod version matching your current installed OxygenOS version via magisk manager
Reboot your device
Potential fixes in case this mod doesn't work:
Remove the fake india partition located at /data/india/india.img.

Information about Lighting v2:
Lights will show up in App-icon color which generates the notification [Whatsapp: green lights, Telegram: blue lights, etc.]
Lights will repeat max. 5 times now [instead of showing up once; as long as your display is turned on]
Information about Lighting v3:
Display turns on and shows incoming notification for 4 seconds
While display is on: HorizonLights repeating 8 times; notification disappears after the first 4 seconds [resulting in HorizonLights only mode a few seconds]

First I want to say thank you, installation was simple and it looks nice. Second is there a way we can perhaps add more features? I know that you said it doesn't have this capability but could you add it? Maybe have it light up more than once? Maybe have the lights run up the sides and then across the top and bottom? Have a light flow different directions? Different colors?
Will be there any updates?It does not work on the latest beta 3(OP6) it did work on the previous tho.

I'm going to update this mod if the next stable OOS version requires it (since i'm not using OOS beta releases).
I need the following three files if you want an update for OOS beta 3:
1. /system/build.prop
2. /system/framework/framework-res.apk
3. /system/product/priv-app/OpSystemUI/OpSystemUI.apk

I'm sure the dev will update to 10.3.0, so it should be updated whenever he finds time for it :good:
I just updated my phone's OOS to 10.3.0 but sadly I'm not able to make HorizonLights work with this OOS version, yet. I'm already lerking around in Renovate-Ice thread for the OnePlus7 to see if this mod gets an update for the new OOS version. The code is quite similar to the one used on our OnePlus6.
We need to wait some time i guess

Just use overlays for most of the things. This way you wont have to provide weekly updates. And the only thing you have to mod weekly will be systemui. Btw nice work.

You said it.To some degree I do the work just out of my interest and the pixel nav bar animation.I have noticed your new thread,universal pixelmod,a great work!:good:It would be better if we could use Overlay to port nav bar animation,and then my thread would come to an end.:highfive:

Anyway so sorry for forgetting to update the RescuePatch.zip for 0524 and noticing your post just now,but the Mod won't make some changes to your cam.I didn't meet the issue u met and don't know what had happenned to your phone.Tomorrow I'll update both the Mod.zip and RescuePatch.zip for 0531 just in case.

No,this mod is only for LineageOS.Btw maybe you can have a try to flash the universal pixelmod by Archit9169.

Just dirty flash the previous ROM again.
Btw,It has been mentioned in the thread that the mod can only be used for LineageOS,rather than LineageOS based ROM.Plz read the instruction carefully first.
Mod ceases for several weeks or permanently.

not yet. You can try Dual Speaker mode made for Oneplus phones. But you'll probably brick ur device.
Another option is this project but flash it at own risk.

Hi, I'm surprised to see a user of GSI havoc - that's great! I was considering to flash the ROM myself cause I am really struggling with MIUI.
What is your experience with the GSI ROM? Any significant bugs? How's the battery life? I have used Havoc on another device but that was not a GSI ROM.

I like because it's basically AOSP but with lot of customisation features.
Bugs I've found:
• MusicFX crashes
• Call recording not working
Developer is working on it.
Feature not implemented in any GSI:
• Fingerprint with screen off

920c version. I had sane problems with lineagos 17.1 version too. I didn't solve this problem. Everything is fine except echo problem. Almost I tried clean flash but could not fix it.

NEVER flash android 9 gapps on an android 10 rom. Android 10 gapps is for android 10, android 9 gapps is for android 9, I thought that was self explanatory.
Wiping everything except internal storage is going to be fine, you do not need to go back to stock.

There has been reports of N9208 being detected as both noblelte and nobleltezt at times, you can try the zt build first, and if that doesn't work, give the noblelte build a shot, you can enable dual sim on noblelte by editing the build.prop file. Make sure you have the latest TWRP (3.3.1)

Flashed it already on my spare phone, no issues so far but the screen looks a bit pinky, maybe it's mine only as it has been replaced recently.

I think that was just my impression, probably because theme was red colour and whites lookes slightly on the pink side to me, my new phone has excellent brightness and whites, so maybe that's why, still a very good rom with loads of customisations. thanks OP

I'm trying to install ANX 3.0 it doesn't really work. A direct update of the playstore is offered from the Google camera because it gives me the option to update and not install and it systematically refuses after downloading. I do not understand .

I have exactly the same problem as you. It tells me that google camera is already installed but I do not see the icon to launch. and when I go to the playstore, it tells me update. when I run this load but then conflict because a version is already installed. I am therefore blocked

For those who are asking about which camera are we using... At least this is what I am using and works great for me.
The camera apk is here. I'm using:
com.google.android.GoogleCamera.Cameight
Then you have to load the xml config file for our device. You can find it here.

Flashed last night and used for a day. Still needs to be improved. It can be use daily but Proton AOSP the best A12 rom for now.. Anyway thanks for hard work. Waiting for next releases..

Using gestures, is there a way to remove this bar? While turning off the navigation bar in cdroid works; the back gestures(swipe right or left edge) stops working .
What changed from 8.0 to 8.1?

The feature was working without a problem until I started customizing other things (no idea when it stopped working though).

I still have the problem with 8.1. Resetting the "crdroid" settings reset all other settings, but the accent color stayed the same and cannot be changed.

Sure. I know some ways:
- Flash pill_killer_twrp in PE_Begonia Telegram group. It worked with some A12, some error show but it worked. And I didnt test with this rom, you can try.
- Use G-Visual Mod Magisk but it wont total clear space, just make it shorter
- Some said Fulllscreen/Immersive Gesture (Q-S) Magisk Module work but I didn't use it also

worked Like a charm, thank you very much.
I don't know if this is an Android 12 thing or a thing with this device, but I have not been able to get USB audio output working on this ROM or the LineageOS 19 one. Any ideas? Kind of need that feature.
