I'm not sure if you can change the android or samsung keyboard to QWERTZ, but you can use SwiftKey Tablet X, there are many layout including QWERTZ

I have the Nexus 9 with an external HTC Folio keyboard. I want to add Bulgarian (Cyrillic) with a phonetic layout. The only Bulgarian option is an Android keyboard with a different layout. Any suggestions how to do this?
Is there any advice to customize keyboard (wh from EN to SVK language, switch QWERTZ to QWERTY....)
...and second, it is possible customize mouse? sroll wheel to zoom? or something?

Hi i have lg h-410 smart wine phone, i want to know how i add keyboard layout to the phone. (it's easy to add virtual keyboard but here its physical)
whene i install another aosp keyboard its turn the keypad to numbers only, the question is how i add to the system files the hebrew layout. (by editing the kayboard layout files)
