Extended or nightly? And which build?
Best oreo rom by far that I've used is not even on xda. It's alexey711 lineage extended. Smoothest running and has a ton of features. Bluetooth works great. Pretty much a perfect rom. It's on androidfilehost under his directory.

I've been thinking about giving it a shot on Cosmic. Reviews are great and all I need is a stock experience with stability (and gcam, lol).

I'm pretty sure there isn't any custom rom which supports native video calling.

What's the difference between old led driver patch and the "normal"?

You can, but I have, bluetooth headphones connection problems, call drops, and a few other bugs that I can't recall (lol). If customization is your requirement I suggest the Resurrection Remix rom.

You mean stock MIUI?? Dunno.
Why don't you update it unofficially? Unlock bootloader and install a custom Rom :silly:
There are tons of custom Roms to choose from.
MiracleDROID (previously elixirOS) is the most stable in my experience
2nd place are Firehound
but it goes back to everyone personal reference...

Any oreo rom is only for mido. MTK variant (nikel) can have only 6.0 stable and broken 7.x

New on pocophone f1

So i just received my new device and i was habituated to Samsung's and I'm a lil bit confused so i'm going to unlock my bootloader (i think that's the first step) than i want to know if there is difference between OEM ROM and other ones can you advice me about best ROM/Kernel ? And what about updates
OEM unlock? As in specific please? And then I am currently using Franco kernel which is easily the best kernel around, and coming to performance of a ROM, THUMBS UP to nitrogen OS and lineage OS, and if you happen to someone who prefers pure stock experience go for pixel experience ROM, and then if you wish to have some tweak in a pixel ROM, go for HAVOC ROM which is as same as pixel's stock OS with customisation

Lineage OS is no stock, has options for you to customise, where as pixel experience is a pure stock ROM, just like a pixel 2 on Poco F1 with better hardware of course

Which ROM do you prefer?

Hey guys!
Which PIE Rom do you preference for best gaming experiemce?
RR 7.0.1
LOS16
PEX
AEX ?
Pixel experience 9 is simple and best for modo
Camera2api is already installed you can use gcam easily
I've tried LineageOS 15, 16 official and unofficial versions.
I've tried Pixel Experience and Resurrection Remix.
I have been a longtime user of AEX, occasionally I'll try a different ROM when I have the time to do a clean flash.
I've since returned to AEX, again for the third time.
I'm using these right now;
AospExtended-v6.5-mido-20190422-1508-OFFICIAL
open_gapps-arm64-9.0-aroma-20190423
EnglezosKernel-r18
Magisk-v19.0.zip
MagiskManager-v7.1.1.apk
AEX
btw what is PEX?
